He was the only small dog in the class and was pretty much ignored. We were very disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback. I strive to provide an exceptional experience for all of my clients and their dogs. I wish that there had been a perfect playmate in size and temperament for your puppy. My first priority is for the safety of the dogs so when there are size disparities and/or pups who are nervous about their classmates, I set up playtime alternatives. Reducing class sizes from 10 pups to 5 for pandemic safety protocols means that there is a greater chance that there aren’t perfectly matched play partners. On the other hand, it has increased the time available for individual attention, coaching, and questions. I am sorry that you felt ignored. As the owner, this is my first negative review so please feel free to contact me with suggestions on things that we can improve. 952-913-3170.

Susan is a phenomenal trainer. I have taken classes at many different facilities and with many trainers and I have never been so impressed. Susan is organized, has great communication, and her canine knowledge and experience are very apparent. She and her assistant, Rob, are a wonderful team and do a great job making both the dogs and the humans feel comfortable. I have taken all the classes they offer and loved them all. This allows dogs and their owners to learn without the distractions of an unfamiliar person in the house. This can be stressful for many. Whether the dog is anxious or excited, it takes time to help them calm down and get ready to learn. With the reduced distractions of online learning, more training can be done in less time.
It's also a great option for those outside of our service area.
