I specialize in training your everyday house dog that needs obedience and socializing around people, dogs, and new places.

2 week board and train
This package is designed for the owners who need the training foundation built for them. Board and Train is the best way to get the fastest results for your furbaby! This puts your pet in full immersion of the new training and also keeps your pet in a home environment. The main focus is obedience in all settings, off leash trustworthiness, and attention to any behavioral issues discussed at consultation.
Owners receive daily updates, pictures, and video to watch their pup's progress! On homecoming day, Jo will spend a few hours with the owner to teach, coach and educate them on how to handle their pup.
1 week puppy board and train
This is a 1 week course with intro to obedience with a play style training making it fun for your young puppy. Exposure to other dogs, children and people is part of the program, as well as house training. Upon return, pup parents will be given a game plan to continue training at home.
6 week pup and parent private sessions
This is a 6 week, once-a-week private session course. This package relies on the owner doing the homework over each week to stay on track and reach milestones. This package will cover basic commands, desensitizing, and coaching the owner to navigate daily life with their dog.
10 day immersion program
This is a 10 day in-depth private training course. Owner is fully involved in learning and training their dog. Each session is 1 hour, and takes place 2 to 4 times a week. Jo trains your dog, and then coaches you to train your dog. Basic commands, desensitizing, and coaching the owner to navigate daily life with their dog; are all part of this package.
Dog boarding
Dog boarding is available all year long in the comfort of a trained professional’s home. Boarding dogs have their own indoor space as well as outdoor yard. Social group time is also available and of course, a lot of cuddle time. Pup Parents can expect daily updates on their pets stay with photos and videos. Space is limited, so your dog will not be boarding in a large group setting.
$60 per day (this price is subject to change during the holidays).
Pack walk add on - $15 per day.
Doggie daycare
Drop your dog off for a day of fun. Social time with a balanced pack, or private daycare (for non social dogs) is available.
Hours are 8am - 6pm.

Group Training class
Group sessions take place on Saturdays in a public place. These classes are designed for owners to learn to guide their dogs in a public setting around other dogs. Mildly reactive dogs can really benefit from these classes. Space is limited to be sure to give special attention to each participant. Sign up at pup academy ATX dot com slash groups sessions.
