ProRestoration came to our rescue when we had 6 weeks worth of water damage to our home while out of town. They were patient and friendly as we worked through the questions and entire process with both our insurance company and ProRestoration. They also took care of additional remodeling we decided to have completed at the same time our water damage was repaired. I had mold in my kitchen, water heater closet, and upstairs bathroom and had to rip everything out and start over. ProRestoration did a good job eradicating the mold and professionally restoring the drywall. There was an issue with an unsealed pipe leaking in the upstairs bathroom after the new flooring and drywall had been finished. I called them and they took care of the mistake and replaced what was damaged at no additional cost. The work took longer than estimated, but that has happened with every construction/remodel job I have personally witnessed. They also sub-contract so you might want to get comparison quotes on the remodel part of the job after they take care of the damage/mold. However, I choose to have them handle most of the remodel and they did a very good job with it. They were professional and understanding throughout the entire experience. Pro Dry stands behind their work. Three years ago they were able to restore a wall that was damaged due to a faulty roof seal. The job was completed but just last month it was noticed, by someone cleaning my solar panels, that there were missing tiles from where the repair job took place. I called the office and they immediately went to work to investigate. Everyone was so respectful and the tiles were replaced without any question. This company is fantastic. My water heater went out. We found it late in the evening. I called my warranty replacement company first, who sent over Honest Plumbing Service immediately. Next I called my home owners policy because the walls were soaked. My Insurance company would not give me any information on who I should call, which I thought to be ridiculous, because I had no idea who to call. When Honest Plumbing arrived they gave my son the information for ProRestoration Services after he asked if they knew anyone who could help, because they couldn't put in a new water heater until all the repairs were made. They even called the company for us. That gentleman's name was Bo, so kind and professional. Then, within 15 minutes of the call I had the Owner of the company L. Jack B**** at my home taking measurements and accessing the situation. He was so kind, courteous and professional. He helped walk me through what he would have his staff do and when they would be here and what to expect. I was so impressed and thankful, I immediately stopped worrying. His crew was fast, efficient and professional every step of the way. And the company was more than patient when my insurance company dragged their heels throughout the process. It took my insurance company a month to get everything okayed and processed. ProRestoration was helpful and sympathetic every step of the way. They even lent me a temporary hot water heater for a month while all this took place. Thank you! I would use them again for any of my household needs. They are awesome. This review is a long overdue. We had a major water leak in our bathroom ceiling that caused significant damage to the main bathroom, part of the master bathroom and an adjacent bedroom closet. Jack responded immediately and had a crew out to remove the water damage materials and put drying fans in place. Followed by having his estimator Joe there to develop a quote for our insurance. Once things were approved by the insurance and jumping through the insurance company hoops Jack and Joe worked with us to get a crew to start working. The crew started working right after New Year’s Day and were done in less than 10-days. The crew was very attentive to our needs and very detailed oriented. We could not be happier with not only the work but having our prayers answered by a company and personnel so thoughtful, considerate and caring. Even Shaina in the office is a pleasure to work with. My bad luck means a bathroom pipe busts on New Years Day. Pro restoration was recommended by my plumber and came out and got everything dried, opened walls, and checked for mold. This is my first experience with real plumbing issues and damage and they gave me advice and steps to take with insurance. I loved everyone that helped with my water damage from the ladies who so nicely explained the process to the guys who said they’d be there in 20 minutes, but I hope I don’t need them again. More...

When our attic flooded, for the second time, Pro Restoration Services quickly arrived to dry and clean up the crazy mess.They were careful when cutting into our celling ; seriously, the lines were perfect (which helps reduce the cost of repairs.) Customer service was great. Heidi Yglesias was especially attentive and forthcoming.
