I just had a great experience with this company. Our water heater decided to make its final gallon of hot water on Friday and they squeezed us in for Monday afternoon. Leo was awesome, he did a very nice job and for the first time ever for us, a plumber came and didn't leave any mess! Michelle is such a sweet, fun, ball of energy and I thank them both very much for such great service. I highly recommend these folks based on my experience with them! Thanks again Presidio Plumbing! I called Service Line Warranties when our water line developed a leak. They said Presidio Plumbing would call us in 2 hours to schedule an inspection. 50 minutes later **** of Presidio called me and scheduled an appointment for the next day between 1 and 3 PM. The next day *** of Presidio called me at 1:30 to say he was on his way. *** and ***** arrived at 2:50 and started in. *** showed me the leak and then made the repairs, finishing at about 3:15. ****, *** and ***** were courteous, prompt and efficient. The job seems to have been done well. My only complaint was that I had to sped 10 minutes sweeping up and hosing down the dirt that was left on the driveway.
