As a realtor, I work with many companies that provide services related to home improvement; Pree's Professional Painting is my favorite painting company, the owner William is reliable, arrives every morning on time with a smile on his face. his entire team is friendly and do a fantastic job! I had some damages on my stair way walls and rail from a refrigerator delivery. Not to mention I don't have any experience with painting, so you can only imagine my frustration at that point. After many google searches and referrals, Pree's Professional Painting stood out the most to me. William was always professional and available anytime I called with questions regarding my estimate. I didn't feel pressured to choose his service and appreciated his exceptional customer service even before accepting his proposal. William got the correct paint color on the first visit which saved so much time, because I had no color samples or even knew what type of paint was needed with the unique wall texture I have. To top it off, William stood by his words that no job is too big or small. I'm a very happy customer! Thank you Pree's Professional Painting for making my place feel like home again after my painting repairs! Pree is a real piece of work to put it nicely. He is- self proclaimed- all about the bitches & $$$. I explained my situation to him with very sick wife & my prior painter changing their mind last minute after 3 weeks of game plan to paint then do flooring then touch ups. then deciding they wanted the opposite- flooring 1st then paint. which would have thrown my schedule back a week because the flooring person was scheduled for paint 1st not available last minute for flooring!Anyway Pree agreed to fit me in last minute which was great but he didn't do proper cleaning of mud dust before he started to paint, when I questioned him he just said gruffly-let me do it. " I know what I'm doing". He started spraying with me in the room no warning while I was trying to clean. He if course had his mask on, gave me no warning. His way of saying GTFO IMO. So I left, hoping for the best as I was desperate to get the work done and he is a licensed contractor...right!?(This doesn't mean a darn thing these days btw). He used a $120 bucket of my primer to get started, which he said he would credit towards the $7200 he was charging for the ~1000sq' of ceiling and walls to be painted,caulked etc. Not cheap! Pree took no deposit prior to start with the exception of the $120 valued primer.I got home and later that night my wife really started having a hard time breathing/chest pain & I had to call an ambulance to come get her. Anyway fast forward 3 days I wasn't able to get a PayPal payment to Pree as I had hoped. Was a bit consumed by what was going on with my wife & unable to go by my house to check out the work. Managed to send a test dollar to Pree that he confirmed, so I knew I had the correct account. I then tried to send two thousand as a good faith payment despite no pics or confirmation of work. It didn't go through, ugh! Turned out that was for the best. Saturday morning about 9am my Realtor confirmed that the downstairs had been painted but couldn't confirm quality due to lack of light. The Realtor left and an hour or two later Pree came back and sprayed silver all over the dove white, dumped paint all over the floor for the flooring guy to clean, stole a new Truitt & White green 5gal bucket & what else I'm not sure yet. Anyway the quality was horrible as you will see from the pictures, gobs if paint everywhere, no back rolling- he worked solo. This was new grade 4 drywall mud job, new smooth aka S4S(smooth 4 sides) posts and a freshly sanded smooth main support beam. I have several cameras for security which also help general activity. Pree work just about 6.5 hours according to my footage. Pree told me he was done but again all kinds of details missing and he sprayed $30 GFCI outlets over with paint etc. Broke my macerator cover, sprayed the interior if my brand new infrared laundry room fan, destroying it. This guy is charging more than many high priced attorneys!!! More than $1000/hour!!! For my job. I would be very wary of poor quality & corner cutting with Pree's work. I will be adding more photos the hospital pics are to show I was actually in the hospital with my wife, no BS on my end. I have many more pictures & video to add but find it difficult to update my Yelp reviews so checkout Google reviews for more detail. Know your rights to defend yourself against bad contractors. William and his team came to my rescue. I needed my entire house painted and I live in a two story house with very high ceiling. William quoted the job the same day I reached out to him and I hired him the same day. He started the following Monday and finished an entire day early. The place looks amazing, there is a new shine to the place that wasn't there before. The walls had large areas of drywall cut out and William fixed all of it, you can't tell there was a hole there yesterday. And he painted the closet under the stairs! Not an easy area to paint.
