They did a fabulous job on my two Shih Tzu’s (mom and son)! My babies do not like to be separated and I relayed this upon dropping them off. They kept them together even while grooming them. The best part was upon picking them up Oakley (my male dog), who is usually super excited to see me and joined at my hip, was jumping on the groomer and happy with her. I loved seeing this as it relayed that he trusted her! Would 100% recommend them! More...

I have two Yorkies, age 9 and 5. My groomer recently moved and she was the only one that ever grooomed my dogs and she did a great job. I was very reluctant to have someone new from my dogs. I just want to say how thankful I am that Jessie and Nicki at Posh Pet Palace was able to take care of my little Lucky’s nails. ...after being told from PETCO, that he can no longer be serviced there and he is banned because he was to anxious for the nail groomer!!! I boarded my dachshund, Bonnet, at Posh Pet Palace for six days. The owner was wonderful! She showed me around the facility, sent me pictures of Bonnet while we were on our trip, and kept me posted with texts on how Bonnet was doing. I felt so comfortable leaving my bloodhound at Posh Pet Palace! I was so nervous dropping her off but the owner stayed in touch with me and sent me several pictures and updates while we were gone. I understand that they are new and figuring things out still, but we will not be a repeat customer. My fiancé dropped our dog off at 8:30AM and told them I’d be there around 1:30 to get her. When I showed up she wasn’t ready. I called around 4:00 with no answer to check in on her again to see if she was ready, no answer. She was there for over 8 hours which is unacceptable. Her hair is longer in some spots and it’s an uneven shave. We were told 2 different prices. She was so thirsty when she got home and I don’t know if she was given water throughout the long period of time she was there. Unfortunately it was a bad experience for us and we won’t be bringing her back. More...
