What inspired you to start your own business?
From his first Industrial and Organizational Psychology class in college, Phil was hooked on the importance of healthy people and functional teams. A decade of experience in Operations and HR later, he knows now more than ever the impact of effective leaders and a healthy work culture.
Phil’s superpower is helping leaders better understand themselves and their teams. He provides tailored solutions, grounded in empathy, that lead to meaningful transformation and sustainable outcomes. Phil’s personal experience at small and mid-sized companies informs his unique perspective that seeks to unite the needs of the employee with those of the business. He uses an approach that prioritizes equipping executives and managers to lead, focusing on key struggles like trust, accountability, healthy conflict management, commitment, and results.
As a Working Genius Certified Facilitator, Phil can assess the working habits of individuals and teams and leverage their results to help them be more innovative, strategic, and effective. With clients in construction, finance, tech, retail, non-profits, and high-growth startups, he can help teams of any size and individuals in any role.
