The DISC personality assessment looks at aspects of your personality and doesn’t measure intelligence or aptitude. Instead, it looks at indicators like how you respond to challenges and how well you work with others.

You can use the DISC assessment as a personal assessment, and in businesses it can be used to improve team performance.

High Performance Benchmarking and Interviewing Program

This program is designed to provide you and your team with a firm foundation to build a high -performance team beginning with identifying creating a role benchmark and leading to successful powerful interviews.

The high impact interview process, utilizing our interview report, equips each interviewer on your team, no matter what their length of interview experience is, to be able to bring onto the team through a powerful interview, reviewing their resume and looking at their credentials, to bring onto the team someone who has the same core competencies of your current high performing benchmark.

The process is very simple. It's a three-step process. High performers in the role respond to the online questionnaire. Candidates, respond to the online questionnaire prior to the interview and the interviewer uses the interview report that I supply you with, utilizing the questions to close any gap between the candidate and the benchmark.

That’s a good definition, but I think it’s much simpler. Culture, in my opinion, is how people feel the about work the Sunday night before the workweek begins.
