How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Food and nutrition are the foundations of health. 90% of chronic conditions are related to diet and lifestyle choices. Finding the foods that will feed your mind and body will be unique to you, sorry, but there is no one size fits all diet. You are uniquely you! Knowing how to feed and nourish yourself through all stages of life will create sustainable health and well-being.
What do you love most about your job?
I love when a client learns something new about food, nutrition, their own body, and their relationship with food. I love educating women about perimenopause and how this stage of life can be a positive change for a healthy future.

My practice is fully virtual.
I utilize an online program that allows for private zoom sessions, messaging, and more. There is no need to battle traffic or worse yet, find parking.
