This is honestly an absolute nightmare of a practice. I have truly never had as chaotic an experience at any doctor's practice as I have at this one. My child has been without medication that he needs for weeks now because the practice told me his prescription was renewed for three months, then only renewed it for a month, and has acknowledged that this was their mistake but won't do anything to correct it. I've had to call weekly and then daily and just hope that I can get someone to call me back, but after trying to give me an appointment they acknowledged I didn't actually need and charge me $130, they now won't return calls and my child is still without desperately needed medication. I honestly can't believe the practice is still in business; the patient care here is astoundingly low, even for psychiatric care in the American healthcare system. Please, truly, go anywhere else. Great asset to our community. We have been partnering on some local events for about 5 yrs now. Every year Pinnacle has been there without fail. And is a TRUE CHAMPION to those in our community that desperately need the help. This has been such a wonderful experience. I have been taking my daughter to the Charlotte office for the past few months and am blown away with the changes I have seen in her. I have never had any issues with scheduling and have always felt that the whole team genuinely care about us and wants us to succeed. Renee Bell is a wonderful therapist and the tools she has given me and my daughter are priceless. Wow! Just came here to write a comment; however, I was shocked to see a couple of negative remarks. I have found that Pinnacle Point provides higher standards of service than other neighboring resources. It is staffed with wonderful and caring people that treat you with dignity and respect. Based upon my experiences; I would certainly refer others to PP, versus making my decision based upon bitter remarks from those clearly still in need of help. Keep up the great work PP!
