Very responsive, showed up when scheduled. I had them clean the stairs, short hallway, master bedroom, sofa, loveseat and chair. The carpet is several years old and has never been professionally cleaned. They told me beforehand of areas they thought they wouldn't be able to get clean because of the age and breakdown of the carpet fibers. They are very knowledgeable, and explain everything to you, including how to keep your carpeting looking like new, it is amazing. My carpets still smell and look amazing. They are very professional, reliable, very respectful of the homeowners property, surroundings and their pets. They are very detail oriented, they vacuum and move the furniture for you, they get up all the pet hair and stains. Your carpet will look and smell amazing and it is restored to almost new. His work is guaranteed, if any stain comes back he will return and redo problem area. They also do wood floors and interior detailing of you vehicle. I had my carpets cleaned today and I have never had my carpets cleaned the way they were done today, very thorough deep cleaning. The young man was here for over an hour for my small apartment.
