I was under pressure to take care of what appeared to be a bed bug situation in my house because I have a very ill husband at home and I work from home. I called Pest Solutions based on other reviews and they were very responsive. The first time they offered to come, I was seeing clients at home. They said they would try to figure out another time and they did! I have had so much trouble with Terminix returning calls etc I was shocked at how responsive Pest Solutions was. And every other contact from that first one was the same. I was able to reach people, they were very helpful, answered my many questions about prepping for the heat treatment and were very kind and understanding about my situation. Pest Solutions was very professional, very accommodating, very friendly, and most of all very effective at solving our pest problem. I set up the appointment with Brenda who is very friendly and worked with my schedule and Richard came out to inspect and was thorough and informative. So I called this place last week and the lady I spoke to I think her name was Kathleen she was very informative she was able to get some people out to my house LITERALLY the next day and was able to get an estimate on my house within 24 hours I spoke to her. I have to say a lot of other places I called were scheduling appointments a week later. This place is efficient win calling me back when I needed it. I called Pest Solutions and set a termite inspection with Brenda who was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule. Kathleen and Dana came out and did a very thorough inspection of my parents house and showed us the areas that had termite activity. They gave us an estimate right then and there and explained the treatment options. We scheduled a local treatment that same week and since then I have been very happy with the results and the warranty provided. Response for quote was fast.  Called business and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Brenda answered questions and was. very knowledgeable about procedures.  Super professional, respectful, and courteous. Very happy to have chosen Pest Solutions Termite & Pest Control company for the issue we had. We had an awful smell coming from one end of our house. I want to really thank  Susan and her staff for providing amazing  customer service.  We were at the tail end of our refi when we were asked for a new termite report. We literally had 3 days to get Pest Solutions  to come out and re-evaluate our home. I expressed the situation we were in and Susan immediately stepped into action and sent someone over the very Next day. She personally comes to inspect the work and makes sure that things are done correctly specially since loan companies at times can be difficult to deal with. I went through three different pest control companies before discovering Pest Solutions and my only regret is not finding them sooner. From the moment I spoke with Kathleen on the phone you could tell that they were very knowledgeable, accommodating & a step above the rest. My mom has been dealing with bed bugs for the past 8 months & I scheduled a bed bug inspection for them to access our situation. Not only did they come the same day, I was able to schedule a bed bug heat treatment for that same weekend!!!! Have used Pest Solutions for about as long as they've been in business and have never regretted that decision.   In addition to quarterly spraying, they've taken care of termites, carpenter ants, bees, and have even done some excellent non-pest related work.  They're a family-owned business and act like one.   When I call and the owner, his wife, or an employee we've gotten to know answer, it's never "GIve me your customer number so I can find your account".   Instead I hear, "Hi, how are you?  How are the kids?   Everything still OK with the [whatever the last job was]."   All their staff has always been equally courteous and personable.   If they're in the field and I need to leave a message, calls are always returned promptly.Clearly, I can't recommend this company highly enough. I am a tenant in a multi-unit apartment building and was having issues getting my landlord to treat my apartment unit.I discovered my infestation on a Sunday and after calling a few other companies that did not answer, Pest Solutions picked up right away. I spoke to Mike who was tremendously helpful by informing me of my rights as a tenant and the legal obligations of my landlord. They sent John over the very next day to inspect and were kind enough to accommodate my work schedule. John was nice and helpful (my cat even loved him) and arrived right on time. Unfortunately my landlord, or "slum lord" as I would like to call him, threatened me and refused cooperate with Mike and his team. We had a very serious ant problem (they were "marching" along the top of the walls in the Living Room!) that our long-time pest service was not able to eliminate. They had used some type of sticky bait along the path of travel, but all this accomplished was attracting more ants. They don't call it "bait' for nothing.At wits end, I remembered a company I had used years before for termite fumigation and called them; enter Pest Solutions.I spoke with Susan and she was able to schedule an inspection for the following day with Robert. After observing the activity in the living Room and then walking the exterior of the premises, he was able to determine that there was an ant colony living along the foundation and that they were coming up under the house and through the chimney shaft. His "pest solution" was to treat the ant colony with an eco-friendly product (we have pets and are concerned with plant health) that was sprayed along the exterior wall and then another eco-friendly product which was applied along the top of the Living Room wall. It should be noted that when they did the work in the living room, they wore shoe covers, covered the furniture with plastic and used ladders that had the bottoms covered to protect our floors.Long story short; the ants were eliminated and we now have a professional and diligent service provider. Pest Solutions is now at our property the third Wednesday of every month, We receive a call the day before to confirm the service and to advise the 2 hour window of when they will arrive. Our technician Jorge, is a pleasure to work with and does a walk through each visit before applying the eco-friendly spray to the perimeter of the house , which has kept the ant activity under control these past ten months. Finally, Pest Solutions is the only call needed for our pest problems which have ranged  from a wasp nest under the eaves of a guest room to signs of rat activity by the pool. When the unit next door to mine had a bed bug infestation, I wanted to take preventative measures to protect my apartment and make sure no stragglers made their way to my home.  I hired Pest Solutions Termite & Pest Control to create a preventive Cimexa dust barrier throughout my apartment.  It's important for a company to know when they've performed a job well done!  Your technicians, Richard and John, were polite and very professional and did a complete and thorough job.  They answered all of my questions and were especially helpful when it came to assisting me with my furniture.  I am delighted with your service and feel that I can now sleep better with greater peace of mind!When we purchase a condo, we will call you to have the preventative wall-drilling version of the Cimexa treatment done.Thank you again for your great customer service and I will definitely call on you for our future needs. I have been in my house over 25 years and never had it tented. This summer we saw a huge increase in termite swarming and droppings. So bit the bullet and decided to do something abut it. I looked at four very highly rated companies and picked this one. All 4 companies I am sure would have done a good job. One of them did fumigation only and no follow up quarterly service after that (I had a quarterly service before this project for spiders and ants, and it is effective). Two others could do green treatments (Boracare and Orange oil) or fumigation, but did not offer a quarterly follow up service. So I went with Pest Solutions as they offered the best all around program. For the green treatment (Boracare and Orange oil) where everyone else would only treat what could be seen on the exterior, Pest Solutions does a whole exterior treatment. They drilled tiny 1/8th inch holes every 16 inches in width and every 4 - 6 feet in height and sprayed a mixture of Boracare with an expansion foam in every hole.This coats all the interior structural 2 x 4's and soaks into them. I read up on Boracare befoe this and it is supposed to give protection for over 10 years. Unlike fumigation that is only good for the day it is done. They also sprayed the whole attic - the joists, the roof .. all the wood. They also treated all the visible termite problems in the eves and facia board after poking them looking for damage. In the living spaces they treated the problem areas with orange oil. All of this for 30% less than a whole house fumigation tenting. And we did not have to leave the house. They also offer a quarterly service that was 25% less than what I was paying, and their's include spot treatments inside the house in addition to the yard. But one of the clinchers was you can make unlimited service calls after they leave and they will come treat anything that you see that shows up. You can renew this "unlimited call" service year to year and it is a cheap insurance policy versus doing major treatments again. I have already used this once and they came the same day! Robert was our extermination expert/sales guy and he was very thorough and excellent in explaining all the treatment options and alternatives. And the crew of John and Dana that showed up were excellent. They cleaned up after everything they did, patched all the tiny holes, and painted them with the left over house paint I had. I had this service done about 2 weeks ago as I wanted to wait to make sure this green treatment really works. I am extremely happy so far and a great value for the total package. More...

My family has been having termite issues for many years so we called pest solutions and they explained the different type of treatments available. We went ahead and chose the bora-care option and they were able to come in on a Saturday (August 13,2016) and we did not have to leave our home for the day. When they were here Richard let us know that we have a major cat fleas issue so we are also going to contact pest solutions to get that fixed. 5 star experience! Thanks to Pest Solutions Termite & Pest Control and their field representative Robert Tienda my parents were able to get their house treated with a preventative termite treatment and their bathroom repaired exactly how they wanted. The need to repair the bathroom was an unexpected and scary process for my parents, since, prior to Pest Solutions and Robert, they experienced various disappointing and frustrating appointments with unprofessional and irresponsible people and/or companies.Everyone we encountered from Pest Solutions during this process were professional, courteous, and efficient. Robert listened to all of our concerns and provided us with his professional opinion, keeping our needs in mind. He continuously kept us informed as to what exactly was going to be repaired in the bathroom and would make sure that we were pleased with the work that was being done. Two parts to this review. 1. When i called the first time, the manager was so honest. I told her I had pantry moths, and she gave me instructions over the phone about how to try to take care of them myself, so that i may avoid having to hire anyone. She said "We can come, but you should try this first because it may be enough", She could have easily taken advantage of me and sent someone but she was honest enough to try to save me unnecessary costs. 2. My efforts did not work:( So i called back and Reshad was sent. He was on time and very, very nice. He sprayed a thin dust and laid a special kind of trap in all over two rooms. I have yet to see if it fixes the problem, but they will be coming again in two weeks for a "touch up". I cannot say enough about this company. I was in the last stages of selling my home,  and with just a few days left to the close of escrow, I had an issue with getting a termite inspection report and some repairs. After calling so many different companies and getting the run around, I spoke with Robert who came to my rescue. He was very knowledgeable and I knew I could trust him. He and his team not only made the repairs but was able to give us the certificate within hours of deadline. I cannot thank him and his company enough... Recommended by a realtor friend, as far as I remember, Pest Solutions came to our rescue when my mother's home was infested with bedbugs! I've been dealing with a bed bug infestation for quite so time now and about a month ago it got so bad to the point I couldn't sleep from all the bites. So I contacted Pest Solutions and scheduled a time and day for them to come to my house and do a free inspection. Chad came out to do the inspection & he was amazing! Very nice and professional and super thorough with discussing options and answering all of our questions. We set up a day for them to come out and treat the house. Chad and Rashad came out and did the treatment and Chad did everything in his power to make sure we were satisfied with the service and made me feel confident that they would take care of the problem! If you're familiar with bed bugs you know what a headache they are so that meant a lot to me! It's been about 2 weeks and I've yet to see a bug or get any bites and have gained my piece of mind back and been able to finally get some sleep and they still have to come back for 2 more treatments.
