Patricia's coaching and career advice was extremely supportive, positive, detailed and pragmatic. She helped me to re-contextualize my career issues to envision a world of possibilities. Patricia's coaching made me feel positive about my abilities and career opportunities. She supported me to take action, namely networking in-person in a city where I desire to relocate to. Because of Patricia's coaching, I stayed positive and proactive, successfully networking. I recommend Patricia most highly. More...

Simply an amazing coaching experience. If someone were to tell me that within a 30 minute coaching session, we could identify the areas most vital to my success and help me to construct just the right plan that was personally inspiring and meaningful, I would be a skeptic. During my recent EQi Certification process, Patricia's coaching allowed me to leverage my strengths and lazer in on just the areas that would maximize my effectiveness. It was a honor to work with you. From my heart...thank you Patricia. More...

Patricia provided an amazing one hour presentation entitled "Your 2016 Vision for Success" to a group of professional Realtors at my December lunch and learn today. Her interactive and inspiring educational style created the perfect environment for both fun and learning. The whole audience was appreciative, impressed, and left feeling increased motivation and energy. Many Thanks Patricia! More...

I had the honor and priviledge to have Patricia as one of the faculty members during my coaching certification through the College of Executive Coaching. From the moment I met Patricia in NYC I felt an immediate connection to her coaching style. As a person, she is authentic, genuine and speaks from the heart. As a coach, she leaves you with the experience of being heard, being understood and fully empowered. In my world, that's what an extraordinary coach does! More...

I have had the privilege of working with Patricia over the past few months. I have never worked with an executive coach before and was not certain what was in store for me. Working with Patricia has exceeded my expectations in all ways. I am learning so much from her that is not only related to work, but to life in general. I leave each session with concrete goals that I am excited to make happen. Patricia is a very positive force in my life and I am grateful for it. More...

Q&As

I love working with people who are willing to take the risk to learn and try new things in order to go where they want to go! I feel inspired every day at the courage of my clients to look inside themselves and find the resources to meet the opportunities in front of them and to get around the obstacles that may have prevented them in the past. I love the positive changes my clients are able to make.

It was by accident! An acquaintance I was speaking with asked me if I could help her with her work objectives, based on my work experience, some business courses I had taught, and coaching I had done. That day my coaching business was born. I love working with women and men who want to learn and grow in order to make things happen and move to the next level!

I am a unique coach in that I am certified in many areas and have over 20 years coaching experience. Therefore I have a wide repertoire of resources to help my clients. I am also a coach trainer, so I am around coaching and around leaders every day. My background is in business and nonprofit work, and I have masters in Intercultural Management and International Administration. I can relate to what most of my clients are dealing with at work!

Yes, I provide services on the phone, on zoom, on What'sApp or whatever platform you'd like.

For out of town clients, I provide services mainly on zoom at this time. For local clients, I am also fully vaccinated and keep my office aired out, in case someone wants to meet in person. I wear a mask of course.

Executive coaching is a process where I as your coach work with you to identify where you want to go, where you are now, and how to go from here to there. Then we work together to get you there. The areas I specialize in are emotional intelligence, strategic visioning, change leadership and stakeholder engagement. My approach is strengths based and grounded in the somewhat new field of positive psychology, which is the study of human flourishing.
I partner with clients like you through asking powerful questions, creating your executive vision and strategy, giving you my perspective, sharing ideas, and using assessments and other tools to create greater awareness of your own unique talents and resources.
I mostly work with senior leaders, c-suite, and managers. Occasionally I work with emerging leaders as well. I have many coaching certifications, and have been coaching over 20 years. Prior to that I was an internal leader.

I have been practicing wellness coaching for over a decade as part of my executive and business coaching services. Most of my clients are women and men in manager or leader roles, and also individuals who are in their own businesses.

I partner with clients to help you achieve your wellness goals, using a positive approach, taking into consideration your strengths and how you can use them to meet your goals.

We focus on your chosen areas of interest. Some of these areas may be:
weight loss
diet
exercise
increasing positive attitude
positive relationships
work/personal life balance
positive purpose
career wellness
financial health
spiritual wellness and increasing meaning
emotional intelligence development
other areas you identify...

I am a certified Health and Wellness Coach by the National Board of Medical Examiners and a certified Wellness and Positive Psychology Coach by the College of Executive Coaching.

I help design and I deliver executive/senior retreats, mostly offsite retreats, or these days they can be on zoom as well. I have been facilitating retreats for about 30 years. Most retreats focus on pulling the team together, creating inspiration and engagement, identifying important objectives, spending time building good connections, etc., so everyone is moving in the same direction and has action steps to take after the retreat. I offer a follow up session, like a 10,000 mile check up, about 2-4 weeks after the retreat to keep the momentum going.
Some teams add ongoing team coaching after the retreat.
