While we were out of the country, Dan and the staff at Pampered Paws literally saved our dog's life. Thanks to their constant level of personal attention, they diagnosed his condition as serious and within hours Rocky was undergoing life-saving surgery. After surgery, Dan picked up Rocky and took over his post-op care until we could get home. Although this was an extreme situation, it was only possible because of the constant loving care and attention that they provide to all of their guests everyday. Pampered Paws is absolutely NOT a Kennel. The dogs spend their day together with their friends and under the care of their second family. Our dogs have enjoyed staying here for years and we know that the staff is there for your dog when you need them most. More...

My pet, Candy, loves the place. She is always anxious to get in the door. The grooming job is great and sometimes they will call me and ask if, something else was spotted, they can correct something. Now that it is hard for me to walk there, Dan sends a car to pick Candy up and deliver her home. A wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend. More...

Dropped my 14 year old dog Buddy off for 2 nights. The staff was wonderful and let Buddy adjust for a little before playing with the other dogs. He seemed to enjoy the scene right away and mixed in with the friendly dogs that were all playing in the grooming room. I joked it seemed like a Disney movie with all the mixed breeds and playing. They have separate rooms of course and what i liked was that they were not metal fences like the usual kennels. Very hands on staff and you can tell they are all dog people. When I picked up Buddy he was napping at the front desk on the towel I left for him. Pooped out. I would recommend them no problem. Thanks again Pampered Paws, Chris More...

Rocky is a homebody that clings to his family and his couch. At Pampered Paws he has his vacation family and couch. Unlike typical kennels, this Dog Hotel gives it's guests the run of the facility where they are constantly interacting with other guests and customers. The staff is so attentive and loving that our clingy pooch runs to the front door to stay with his second family. The staff is SO amazing, the place is very clean.Our puppy had the most incredible time!! Super trustworthy and Just the best! ! Highly recommend! I had a 3 month old puppy and had to go away. I was very nervous. Dan the owner completely put me at ease. He was so accommodating. He always texted me right back. There were web cameras in facility so I could monitor my baby. I was sent little videos to ensure his well-being. I even got to face time him. The facility was also convenient and easy to find. There are woods and a trail behind the center for walks. Also, because I had to leave him a few days I received a free wash and nail clipping. Cannot recommend enough! I will definitely use again!!! More...

Our dog Charlie runs to the car as soon as we mention "Dan" - he LOVES this place. Such a comfort to know that he has such a good time when we are away - and we can even see him on an app! There are no cages, and he plays with other dogs all day long. He has his "private" room at night and we know this feels like a second home to him. Can't imagine him any place else!! Pampered paws is an awesome spot to leave your dog.. We were in Michigan for a college drop off when our dog got sick. Dan and his staff went over and above to take care of Ruby. They contacted our vet, drove Ruby to and from the vet, made sure she had her meds and gave her a nice quiet and private spot to rest and recoup. They were in constant contact with us and reassured us that Ruby was well cared for since we were so far away. They even followed up after we came home to see how Ruby was doing! Pampered Paws did an amazing job grooming my Pomeranian! I was so impressed with their incredible work! I've been taking my dog to a different groomer, but decided to try Pampered Paws on a recommendation from an aunt. Pampered Paws is now the only place I will take my dog to get groomed! The grooming visit took about two hours, which is perfect for my nervous wreck of a pup.  I hated leaving him for the whole day at the other place.  Pampered Paws did a fabulous job grooming him. I thought he would need to be shaved because of matting, and I gave them permission to shave if needed.  To my pleasant surprise, they didn't need to shave him at all! They brushed out all his winter undercoat, trimmed all the areas that got urine and poop stuck on it, and trimmed his hair all around, just enough to make him look clean and neat.  They also trimmed his long paw hairs so I could see his cute toe beans!  When I picked him up he looked like a show dog! I've been using pampered paws for several years now.  They have always been very professional and accurate.  Their prices are much better than many commercial pet grooming services available.  They always have many dogs around, but never seem like it's out of control.    On a few occasions they have pointed out issues they have found with my dog (ear infections, etc).  They do get heavily booked so you may have to wait 1 week before you get an appointment.  Plan accordingly. Love love this place I drop off my dog here for boarding and daycare soon as i open the car door she jumps out and runs to the door she loves it here they really treat your pet like family! !! I have been to other places and this is the only boarding that has its own camera in each room which is amazing & its cage free which is good, the staff is friendly the owner dan he is great he is helpful any questions you have he answers and the place is super clean and smells great unlike other places.... Dan and Pampered Paws are AMAZING!!  Dan is the best groomer around.  I can always tell when a dog has been to Dan- it's is perfectly groomed!  In addition, Dan does so much to support local rescue organizations.  He grooms and boards rescue dogs for local rescues.  He also raises money for them.  He has been in the business for a long time and knows his stuff.  If you board your pet there, rest assured, they are in good hands.  Dan treats all the animals like his own! I have been going to Dan and crew for years.  He used to live in the city and would drive my dog from the city to his shop.  Now I make the trip myself with no hesitation.  My dog loves him and everyone he works with.  The place is one big doggy daycare and all the dogs seem so incredibly happy.  I highly highly recommend him!!! Best boarding place I've taken my dog to.  Pampered Paws had a clean, at home feel for my dog.  The "Open Eye" app to check on Max is great- but an added bonus is the customer service from the staff (with Dan's sense of humor) will have us coming back.
