What do you love most about your job?
Most consumers are really unaware that an alternative exists other than steam cleaning. I love it when the customer is amazed at how clean their carpets look and how fast the carpets dry after using the Cleanpro Carpet Cleaning System. I really enjoy when the customer allows me to educate them on the concepts of carpet cleaning. Our approach is that of an educator not a salesperson. Our goal is to educate consumers with common sense and knowledge about our system, along with providing unsurpassable carpet cleaning results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In the mid 1990's Cleanpro developed a carpet cleaning system to overcome problems associated with steam cleaning (hot water extraction). We realized that consumers were not being informed about the consequences of inappropriate carpet cleaning or how to use a system that will help them maintain the good quality of their carpets and upholstery allowing them to last longer and thus saving them money by having their carpets cleaned less frequently . Our goal is to make steam cleaning a thing of the past.
Why should our clients choose you?
Have you ever heard of anyone say, "After I get my carpets cleaned, they're never the same again." The reason for this, is the products widely used today are animal fat or silicone based soaps. These inadequate products not only leave a dirt attracting residue on the carpets, they are also very ineffective.
