I bought a 6 sessions package in-person training and I did not regret abit. Before Jon trains me, I went to gym pretty much every day and I feel like doing the same exercises. Jon has helped me form very effective schedule of workouts tailoring my goals and helping me understand like how and when to do isolated or compounded muscle workouts, the timing of resting between each workout and some knowledge with my protein intake. More importantly, he helps me with technique and forms which gives me more confidence in lifting and makes me feel safe on the day I work out his assigned workout. Each session I had with him in person is every penny worth. I use some of training time to do some specific workout I want to learn such as how to do dead lift or lat extension. Jon is very knowledgeable and flexible with my crazy schedules. Although I bought 6 in person session, he additionally gives some assigned workouts online which I can do on my own and shoot him a text if I have questions. What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own fitness business due to my long history as an athlete and my own struggle with mental health. Fitness has been the best way for me to feel confident and relieve the stresses of everyday life. My goal is to help people achieve their fitness goals and better themselves physically so that they can feel confident in their own skin and live happy and healthy lives.
