They were expedient in responding to my initial inquiry and were available to clean my carpet the next day, while I had a day off work. They even came on the same day they originally scheduled, despite their sudden vehicle problems and came couple of hours later in different vehicle. They cleaned my carpet in 2 rooms and hallway well and efficiently. They saved me the hassle of renting a machine and doing myself.
