Great unique cafe with lots of Greek dishes and treats in a large unique space. For breakfast there is a very yummy Greek egg dish with tomatoes, feta, and oregano called Strapatsada.A Bay Ridge staple!

Great variety, wheather you’re in the mood for dinner, drinks, desserts or just coffee.Dimly lit, nicely renovated with a peppy atmosphere. They have two floors full of tables and toilets in the basement with an additional toilet on the first floor. The second floor tends to have a younger crowd and consequently gets a bit noisy at times. They have large booth style seating along the perimeter wall which is very large and very comfortable. The outdoor seating which is only open in the summer is very pretty and has a waterfall type of wall with cascading water. Great place to come with your friends, a business meeting or even a first date. They have a large selection of Greek pastries along with Greek liquor. They also have an usually large selection of crapes at a very reasonable price and even allow you to create your own from a pick and choose menu with different fillings.The only parking available is street parking, which is very tough and almost impossible to find after the sun goes down on the weekends, a typical problem in Bay Ridge. I wish they would opt for valet parking like many restaurants in This neighborhood do.This is by far the largest café in Bay Ridge, and also the busiest. In my opinion it is also the best. They do have another location in Astoria, but I much prefer this location.Lastly, they will not give you strange looks or make you feel uncomfortable if you just order coffee, an attitude I find very refreshing. Omonia cafe is decent place to grab some coffee or desserts and relax. They do have nice sidewalk seatings next to the window. The space is huge and at times very busy. Service is good.
