Olshan sent out 2 very informative gentlemen to provide me details on the damage done to my home and cost to repair the foundation. Jake and Joshua were very professional, explained their findings and printed out the total cost to get my home back to being a home. Basement waterproofed with Water Lock™ Plus System?? in Georgia 2005. Total system warranted for life. Problem is the GA companies are out of business. I'm finding these are independently owned. I have left a message and now sent an email to HQ regarding warranty issue. I will up the rating if I get a response. I caution anyone on lifetime warranties with independent contractors. I liked the service as the technician took all the measurements but he did not act like he needed to make a hard aell. We ultimately decided to wait 1 year and remeasure the house level to confirm if there is movement.

I called Olshan and left a message and within an hour someone had contacted me. We set the meeting time and confirmed my contact information. I also received an email before and a reminder call the day of. The representative was punctual, courteous and attentive to every detail. After his review he gave his professional estimate and gave me his card to assure me that when I was ready, to feel free to give them a call. He gave me some additional advice as well. My experience with Olshan Foundation Repair was very positive. We're remodeling our master bathroom and master bedroom and had a long vertical crack in the sheetrock in our master bedroom. Our contractor suggested we have the issue evaluated by a foundation company prior to replacing sheetrock and installing new tile in the master bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom. Robert Wise with Olshan came out and performed an inspection of our home. He concluded that we didn't have a foundation issue and instead are like many in North Texas and have suffered the effects of our clay soils and weather extremes in last couple of years. I appreciated Robert's honesty and integrity. In the event we do have foundation issues requiring work I'll definitely call on Olshan to provide an estimate for the work. More...

I worked with the company to get my warranty transferred to the new home buyer of my house. Shannon cane out and did the inspection for my warranty transfer and made it a seamless process! I was referred to Olshan for a free foundation inspection. Don E. had an earlier appointment reschedule, so he called me directly to see about coming earlier than scheduled, which worked better with me! After getting a few quotes on our foundation, we chose Olshan. Don E came out to our home and took readings and explained everything to us. He was very nice and personable and very informative. The cable lock system seems to be the best for assuring a long term stable foundation. Having come from Louisiana where all homes are built on 30 foot pilings, the cable lock system provides more depth to get to the more stable earth/ground . ( similar to pilings back home.) Very professional. I was concerned about a crack in brick on my home. After inspecting the exterior and interior of house it was determined to be just normal settling of a house this age. All that was required was to have a brick mason fill in with mortar. The Olshan representative was very knowledgeable and communicated what type of issues would warrant calling in the future. I called Olshan to inspect my home foundation after having read numerous strong reviews online. Olshan rep Don E. was at my house nearly fifteen minutes early and was as courteous and professional as they come. After a roughly fifteen minute inspection, I was informed that I didn't need any foundation repairs and also given numerous helpful tips regarding interior work/settling issues that had prompted me to call in the first place.
