What wonderful training our Sunny Boy received from Chris and his team at Off Leash K9 Training in Greenville. After the two week board and train program, Chris met with us and made sure we were trained as well! We were so pleased that Sunny passed his Canine Good Citizen Award as well as the Canine Community Canine and Urban Canine Tests! He also passed his Therapy Dog exam and is ready to work and provide love and support to all he meets. We've been reinforcing the training for a little over two weeks, and Sunny is right on point. My biggest concern when we started the training was his stubbornness on recall. We live in Western North Carolina in the mountains, and simply could not stand the idea of him chasing a car or an animal and not returning when called. When his ecollar goes on, something in him switches over and he just knows....even without the ecollar he is obedient, but there is absolutely no pushing it when the collar is in place. I feel confident that Sunny Boy will not get distracted and will stay focused on our walks and hikes. The Off Leash K9 Training is an excellent program and we couldn't be happier with the results! Before starting this program, my dog was always running around, stealing things, and just not listening to me. Within the first session with Meagan, my dog was a whole new dog. He was listening to what I told him and doing everything on command. By the end of the second session he was way ahead of schedule and was doing everything perfect. Amazing company and amazing people, couldn’t be happier! Sent my 3 year old mixed hound for their 2 week board and train. His main issues were extreme dog reactivity and our inability to have men come into the house without him reacting (lunging, snarling, barking) . Tried working with him myself using reputable youtube videos, but wasn’t getting the results I wanted. Jeff Gellman (Solid K9) personally recommended I go to this Off Leash K9 Greenville, and highly endorsed their trainers. Went in for my evaluation with trainer Alysha and I knew I was on the right track, in just the few minutes she worked with him she was making progress that I could not achieve on my own. As a protective dog mom, I was 100% comfortable leaving him with her, and confident that he was getting great training. My pup (Buddy) lived with her for the two weeks, I got regular updates, texts, and videos of his progress each day. The success she had with him was amazing. I am now able to walk him by other dogs under control and with both of us remaining calm (a game changer). His obedience is outstanding, and I feel confident I have control of him, even in situations of high distraction. Off Leash K9 opened up a whole new world of freedom to my dog, and I can now take him everywhere with me stress and worry free. We brought home a puppy (Sperry) in November. We only had her for a week when my older dog (Charlie) bit her very badly. She was still in emergency surgery when I reached out to Chris. He got back to me right away that night even though it was pretty late.

We scheduled a time for Chris to come over and meet the dogs later that week. I opted to do the in home package and could not be more pleased with Charlie's progress and what Sperry has picked up as well. Charlie's a more confident dog, has learned to ignore Sperry, and other dogs. My house is peaceful and little by little they are spending more time together in a calm environment. I picked up my dog Winston (winnie) Sunday October 22. Winston has been training with the amazing trainer Alicia. Before Winston met her Alicia telephoned me to find out what concerns I had. She sent me videos via my phone every day and also text me on his progress. I was amazed with his accomplishments, not because I thought he could not do the commands but I knew I had tried for so long and he would do what I asked sometimes. Winston is a 9 year old terrier, weighing 70 pounds so when he pulled on the leash after seeing another dog he really was pulling me. Yes I read the books, brought lots of things that were suppose to work but all I really needed was Off Leash K9 Training. I was assigned the most kind, wonderful and knowledgeable trainer, Alicia. Winston is making me proud when we walk or ride. Alicia even put me through the training and watched me practice with him on Sunday, she even cheered me on when I was afraid to drop the leash or walk him around two other dogs. Alicia kept saying "You can do it, you are doing great". I believed in her just like Winston did.
What better thing could you do for yourself and your dog than to enroll him in this

I can't speak highly enough of Chris and Sandy and the work they do everyday! We got Penny, our lovable, highspirited Goldendoodle and then I found out we were expecting our first child. We had a difficult time training her and keeping her managable indoors until we did training with Chris and Sandy. Within two weeks Penny became the best friend that we can trust running around the house and being with our son whom is a toddler. She is so gentle and well behaved. Our neighbors constantly compliment us on how our dog is the best behaved in the cul-de-sac and it's all thanks to them. They gave us guidelines to follow that really don't change our lives to much and make it easy to keep Penny in line and still enjoy her fun personality. We continue to use them as a sounding board, and have recently done boarding in their facility and Penny returned happy as could be. If you are ever considering training, these are the people to do it with! So Pleased! Not only do they do excellent training, they are also just really normal, decent, nice people which I think is quite hard to

We just finished our final lesson with Chris and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our dog Maggie is a completely different dog than she was before training. My kids finally have the dog they always wanted and our entire family can enjoy playing with her now that she is calmer and not an overly hyper puppy. Off Leash Training is amazing. I have a Rottweiler that did not like children are men. She was getting totally out of control. I have grandchildren so this was unexceptionable. My children were wanting me to give her away. I heard about Off leash Training through a friend. I went and spoke to Chris the owner to see if he could help me. He said of course. I took Priscilla to them left her for 2 weeks. When I went to get her it was so amazing to see a different dog. It's been several months now and this sweet girl is doing great. My grandchildren aren't scared anymore and she places and stays in place when they come over. The people that work there and Chris and Sandy are wonderful and definitely know what they are doing. Hats off to Alysha with Off Leash K9 Training in Greenville Sc.
She did a fantastic job with our boy Jack! He was unruly and difficult to handle and hated the crate. .would fight it at every turn..we gave that one up! but now he goes in on his own when he is ready for bed ..and no arguments when we have to leave.
So much more enjoyable. And he loves his training time..

It’s been approximately five months since Chris worked with my Maltipoo Ziva Mae. I want her to become a therapy dog when she is older, and the two-week board and train program was the first-step for obedience. Ziva Mae made a fantastic transformation. Went from not listening and wanting to do her own thing to being able to go places with confidence she will obey. Listens and wants to be a part of most everything but behaves around people. We decided on dropping our 5 month old female English Springer Spaniel off for the 2 week board and train program after failed attempts to stop her jumping, biting, tearing up furniture, stealing clothes etc. BEST DECISION EVER! Although I was afraid to leave her at first, I was soon put at ease by her trainers constant updates and videos of her progress. She now has confidence and knows her boundaries. She walks on a loose lease for safety(no longer pulling us all over the place), can stay in a sitting or laying position until we release her, no longer bites or tears up anything... and all the while still has her fun and spunky personality that we love! She is wonderful around our elementary school children and can be around all the chaos that comes with them without going nuts. We took our 1yo mix breed Fred for the two week board and train and the results were unbelievable! I would recommend OffleashK9 to anyone! We got daily updates and videos of Fred’s progress. Based on my dog's needs I opted for the 8 lessons instead of the two week drop off option (I needed some training too). Samson was showing signs of fear aggression, bullying and I was having a hard time getting control over him. This was only getting worse and when he yanked a housemate up by the back of the neck that was my last straw. Over the course of the program Chris gave me the tools to guide Sam and help him make good decisions. It was not an easy job but Chris's knowledge of how to effectively train my dog was amazing. I am thoroughly impressed and very happy with the results. Every day is training day now. I get stopped periodically and am told what a well behaved dog I have. Thank you Off Leash K9!! More...

My fiancé and I chose the 2 week board and train program for Stella, our Olde English bulldog who is about 2 years old. Stella was never aggressive, just VERY high energy with no manners/obedience. She jumped on people, pulling on leash, did not listen whatsoever. If she saw another dog on our walk, she would lunge and become extremely vocal. Stella did the two week board and train program with Alysha. We loved how every day we were kept updated on Stella’s progress with videos and pictures. When we picked up Stella and Alysha did the turnover training, we were absolutely amazed not only in the facility but when we took her home. We noticed behavioral results instantaneously. Stella has a much calmer composure, doesn’t jump on people, has door manners, listens and obeys to each command (with eye contact too!!), and she’s much happier. Off Leash K9 Greenville has given us more freedom and Stella more freedom, we feel much more confident about taking her to places especially with higher distractions. She gets to enjoy the life she was meant to have, as a well-trained dog. The training program also offers free lifetime training refreshers which we have taken advantage of and continues to give us the confidence to uphold Stella’s results. Alysha’s time spent working with Stella during her two week training program and even after with the free lifetime training refreshers has exceeded our expectations. I had an amazing experience with K9 Off Leash in Greenville, SC. The trainers were amazing and will go the extra mile to be sure my boxer mix was trained to my satisfaction. I did the 8 week private training and it was well worth the expense. The trainers took us to different locations(ie Home Depot, the city park, etc) so the my dog would have different distractions. They taught me how to work with the dog so that they would be able to handle most situations. I could not be more pleased and I would certainly use them again. More...

We can't recommend Chris and Sandy enough! They own, opporate and do much of the training along with their certified employees. They rock! Very canine intuitive, experienced in working with so many different training tools, but specializing in the value and use of an ecollar. They are trustworthy and ethical. We recieved everything they promised and so much more! Their reputation in Greenville and surrounding areas is excellent utilizing many businesses and facilities to provide real life practical experiences to "bomb proof" the dog's foundation for us to continue to work on.
We loved what Chris helped me to do with our Dobie Girl Elise, so it was a no-brainer the direction we wanted to take our Dobie Boy Chiron in. He isn't quite 2 yrs old but this big Dobie Boy can now work off leash through so many diverse distractions! It is so fun to work these dogs in this method. I did the 2 week board and train for my 1 year old Vizsla. What an awesome program. I was a little hesitant to sign up at first due to the cost, the use of the E-Collar and the doubt that anyone could get Obi to focus on anything but his hunting nose! However, I was wrong on all 3!! The did a really good job of explaining the E-Collar even putting it on me so I could get a sense of what the dog would feel. They do a great of providing almost daily updates with pictures, video's, and comments about how they are taking to it. Prior to the training I couldn't really take Obi out in public because he wouldn't sit/lay down and was constantly whimpering because he wanted to run around and play. After the training I can take him anyway and put him in "place" or "down" and he will stay there for hours even when people come up and pet him. The program was a literal life changer for Obi and I. Worth every penny and has given Obi more freedom than i ever imagined! If you want your dog to live his/her best life, take it to them today!!! More...

Ellie(6 month old GSD) wasn’t bad, she was just unmanageable. I couldn’t take her outside for fear of her bolting away after something that peaked her interest more than me. After two weeks at “puppy camp” as we called it, she came home like a new dog! I haven’t had or on a leash since we loaded her up in the Jeep to come home.

I had my reservations about some things at first, but after talking with Meagan initially, she eased my concerns and we went forward! The support we have received afterwards has been stellar as well.

I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend the folks at Off Leash K9 training of Greenville no matter what kind of dog you have or it’s age. Their videos speak for themselves. Give them a call! More...

My wife and I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his team at K9 off leash. Our 7 month old puppy, Riggs, went to them last month and he is a completely changed dog. Beforehand, he was a horrible listener and embarrassing around people. He would jump up, urinate out of excitement, play bite, etc. With a baby on the way, we knew something had to be done. We tried traditional training sessions, but with minimal improvement. We took Riggs to Chris, and two weeks later, he is a different dog. He understands everything we ask and completely listens to us now. It’s amazing how much his personality has changed. He has become more caring and affectionate. He is off leash and obedient everywhere now, which has enabled him to become more integrated into our family. My wife and I have been so pleased with Off Leash K9 Training! After our first lesson with Meagan we could tell that this training was going to be worth every penny. Meagan not only worked with our dog, Hank, during our training sessions, but also made sure we understood how to work with him effectively at home to get the most out of our training. Alysha is AMAZING!!! We love our two doodles, but it was impossible to take them anywhere or have company over because of the pulling on the leash and jumping on 'new' people. We knew they needed to be trained and after doing a lot of research we decided to go with OLK9 and we're so glad that we did. Not only did Alysha correct their behavior and help them develop their confidence - she loved them like they were her own. We received daily updates, pictures and videos of their progress with explanations. The day of the turnover Alysha thoroughly and patiently explained the commands to us, how to use the ecollar properly and effectively, how to interpret our doodles body language, and making us aware of our own body language. We just adopted a 120 lb. 3 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever who had been kept in a crate on a porch all day by his previous owner. So it was no surprise that Rapp had absolutely no manners. We signed him up for the 2 week board and train with Alysha as his trainer. She is an absolutely wonderful trainer. What we loved the most was Rapp returned to us perfectly trained in just 2 weeks time (a miracle), yet his goofy personality was still on display (she even taught him "out" for when he steals my slippers thinking it is a game--it works).
