I made an order for July 23rd I had just goy over 2 strokes and wanted to take my daughter out for graduating I got her a ticket to a concert saved up they provided me a quote for $220 I sent a text asking is this a round trip no answer later one the way to the concert no answer. before I get inside I get a call to pay the driver now... I call when we're wer ready to leave they show up for us...Great so they drop us home I tried to pay it didnt work and 3 times the company calls me 11 times tells me the driver is coming to your house...Tells me the driver is going to be in front of your house. I never gave them any reason to treat me like this and it scared me and my daughter we thought this man was going to come into house! My mother highly recommended these people and I will certainly never use this company again. I had to tell the guy to stop calling me you are giving me anxiety! We were afraid and this really ruined our experience. So never again will I use this company! More...

Airport Transfers
My family and I had an amazing experience with nycbestlimo. Abel our driver was on time. He was very responsible and answered all of my questions regarding car space and pick up time. He was very professional and friendly. We took 3 big luggages, 4 carry-on bags, 4 personal bags, a car seat and a booster seat. We were two adults and two children traveling. There was still plenty of room for more. We all traveled very comfortable towards the airport. I would totally recommend using them 100%!! More...

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I sanitized my cars after every drop off wearing mask and I provide hand sanitizer to everyone that get in my cars
