What do you love most about your job?
I love watching people become more authentic versions of themselves, not different ones. The great joy in my life is watching folks become more who they are, not some alternate idealized version of what they should be. Self-work with the Enneagram as the framework is 100% about awareness, both of self and others. At a time when most self-development messages are about "trying harder" or "being better", my work with clients is all about authentic understanding. Witnessing clients come to understand and love themselves, and the folks they interact with, is truly the great joy of my life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I actually owned a totally different business, in a totally different line of work, for totally different reasons. After some personal tragedy, I found myself undone. All my professional success came to nothing and I was in a very dark place. A skeptic of all things self-improvement, I initially rejected the book a friend gave me on the Enneagram. I could never have known at that moment it would completely change the way I interact with myself and the world. I don't know how I did life without it for all those years. I started telling everyone I knew about it, and started watching the impact it was having in their lives too. Then, out of nowhere, two friends asked me to coach them. I'd never thought of doing anything like that, but two different friends said that I already was, and that I should do it for a living. I spent the next couple years training, then changed my whole life to do this. It was the best choice I ever made.
Why should our clients choose you?
I care. This is my life's calling. Yeah, I pay the bills with it now, but that's just the silver lining. There are a lot of therapists, counselors, coaches and such out there, and a lot of them are amazingly skilled at what they do. I have a genuine investment in every single person I work with, and an intuitive nature that comes from relating with them. I invest personally because I want to, and because that's the whole point.

I only offer my services online/remotely! So yeah!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've found it VERY difficult to expose anyone to Covid-19, or any other illness for that matter, through a computer screen. I'm willing to say I have a 100% safety record.
