What do you love most about your job?
Personally for me, 9 to 5 just isn't my style. The traffic, the clocking in and out for lunch. It has never been the lifestyle that I wanted. Also the satisfaction that I'm needed and helping someone with a task they really aren't enjoying. I enjoying making my clients happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The restaurant my partner was managing was looking for a cleaning company. The idea was a no brainer and I fell in love with it. I retired from my 20 year Broadcasting career and started this Company and I have been loving the freedom ever since.
Why should our clients choose you?
A lot of companies will say that their prices are this and that over the others. So I wont say that. I'll say you'll get what you pay for and the type of folks you pay for as well. When it comes to prices we are fair and we will work honestly and truthfully and negotiate to what we all feel comfortable with.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We offer a systematic approach to keep your building looking good! At Nichols CRS, we offer hands on management and quality control to plan for and ensure that all necessary cleaning details are being properly executed. With the on-going pandemic, Covid 19 clean up is essential to maintain a safe and sterile work environment for employees as well as customers. Nichols CRS offers two solutions to combat the virus. 1) 10 minute application. This is done once a day all over the building and it’s equipment. The product is sprayed and set for 10 minutes then wiped down. 2) Max Prep Application. This is done once a day all over the building and it’s equipment. The product is sprayed and set 10 minutes, then wiped down. Then reapplied and set for the duration of the day until the following day. The product is phosphate free, neutral-pH formulation designed to provide effective cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfectant for all hard, nonporous surfaces. Will not dull or blush finished floors.
Commercial Cleaning Restaurants Medical and Office Buildings Residential in some cases
Nichols CRS agrees to provide all labor and materials necessary to assure performance of specified cleaning service for the customer. This shall include all services described in the written specification
attached. Paper supplies, hand soap, trash can liner and toiletries will be furnished by Customers.
Supervision
Adequate personnel and supervision will be furnished to ensure quality service.
Supplies
The customer will furnish all consumable products inclusive of but not limited to: toilet tissue, towels, trash liners and hand soap.
Nichols CRS will furnish all cleaning supplies inclusive of but not limited to: cleaning agents, disinfectants, etc.
Equipment
Nichols CRS will furnish and maintain all necessary cleaning equipment inclusive of but not limited to: vacuums, janitorial carts, mop buckets, wringers, mops and brooms. The customer agrees to provide a secure space for storage of this equipment, as may be necessary.

Nichols CRS Cleaning Solutions will furnish all forms of insurance requested by customer including:

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon thirty days prior written notice to the other party.

Empty waste containers and replace liners and wet wipe outside as needed; dust mop and wet mop hard surface floors; dust furniture and fixtures; wet wipe and dust electronics; sanitize and polish stainless steels; spot clean light switches, door handles/knobs; wipe business access door windows inside and out; wipe exterior, clean and disinfect chairs and tables, dust blinds and window ledges and wall hung decorum, clean and disinfect drains
RESTROOMS
NIGHTLY CLEANING
Empty waste containers and replace liners and wet wipe outside as needed; clean and disinfect floors (wet mop); clean and disinfect wash basins, countertops and toilets; dust and clean partitions, spot clean walls, spot clean and disinfect light switches, door handles/knobs; refill dispensers and wet wipe surfaces, wipe mirrors; polish all dispensers, fixtures and mirrors.
KITCHEN
NIGHTLY CLEANING
Empty waste containers and replace liners and wet wipe outside as needed; clean and disinfect sink, countertops, tables, chairs, exterior of appliances, spot clean walls, refill dispensers and wet wipe surfaces; burners and its components; clean and disinfect floors (wet mop); spot clean light switches, door handles/knobs; dust wall hung decorum; interior appliances clean by request.
