What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people breakthrough limiting beliefs or circumstances to live to a higher potential. We are not put on earth to suffer. That doesn't mean that every day is easy, but it does mean that we are worthy & deserve a life of as much joy as we can find. It is very rewarding when my clients come to me and say "I need a new vision board because I have all of this now."
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my business because I felt l had coached enough for other coaching companies that I could help more people. I studied coaching for 2 years before I ever coached. Then, I worked 5 more years learning from other companies before I set out on my own. The inspiration to do that is because coaching is my professional purpose.
Why should our clients choose you?
My coaching is bespoke coaching. I don't rely on curriculum or mapped out programs because I don't find everyone to work in the same ways. We have to work based on what you feel may be effective, safe & approachable. Of course, my job is to push some boundaries & sometimes some buttons so that we see a new perspective, but choosing me is choosing a higher version of you. I've worked very hard to be able to say that with confidence.

Most of my services are done online or remotely. Aside from speaking & training, we will use Zoom to have our coaching sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The client always directs the in-person meetings based on their safety concerns. I have run an online business from day one & that kept us all safe during Covid.
Private Coaching
Private coaching sessions via Zoom.
Weekly or bi-weekly options for 3 or 6 months periods.
Coaching-On-Demand
Reserve a bank of calls that you can use are your discretion or when needed. 6 month expiration period.
Company/Event Training
Hold a training session for your company or event. Custom to your needs & the audience in your group.
Keynote Speaker
I give 55 minute talks around a variety of stress management, productivity & business growth topics.
