I've been going through a flea infestation for weeks now.  Miriam was super helpful and accommodating so that I can get an exterminator in the next day. She was able to provide my estimate based on my current situation right away without an inspection.  She also provided helpful tips.  Alonso was also really knowledgeable and nice.  He came in and wasn't trying to over sell on what my needs were and the treatment plan.  They offered me a 30 day warranty plus a discount.  They are honest people with integrity.  Hoping that these pests will be gone for good, but I think I'm in good hands. When ants swarmed our house last year, New Systems came the same day.  They were very professional and very thorough.  Oscar explained what ants do and the treatment he would use.  The ants disappeared and we were ant-free (and spiders, too, actually).  This year, when the ants came back, we knew what to do, and the same thing happened.  Same day service, Oscar came and was professional, polite, and thorough, and the ants disappeared. Recently moved in the area with my boyfriend and after letting my car sit for a couple weeks during quarantine my car was infested with spiders! My absolute nightmare and New systems sent somebody out within an hour to do the job quickly and explain exactly what and where they were spraying! They provide a 30 day warranty for the services as well so when I spotted another spider they were quick to advise me on what to do and whether it warranted a second service within the warranty. What a pleasant surprise.  Found these guys on Yelp, scanned reviews and decided to give it a shot.We had a termite attack, two tiny holes drilled through our hardwood floor, with the resulting debris. Called New Systems,  Got an appointment a few days later.  Jesus showed up in an timely manner for a free inspection/estimate.Spent at least 30 minutes doing an inspection of our single family house, inside and out, checking perimeter, attic, and crawlspace.  (He wore booties inside, and of course wore a mask-Covid-19)Said he spotted one colony only, and advised us to treat locally, no tenting required.  A written report was emailed a few days later.That was the best news, no tenting, no moving out, no $$$ bills.  (No "preventitive" up-sell!!!)We were really prepared for tenting as we have seen it so often in the neighborhood.  (90066).Called again to set appointment for local treatment.A few days later, Jesus, again arrived promptly, and applied the treatment through the floorboards w/foam.Of course, it's only been one week, but looks good and there is a one year warranty.Great to support a local family business and not some sort of franchise with salespeople.
