New Box Studio did an amazing job providing audio and photos for our event. They showed up on time and were super attentive to our event. There was one blip where a panelist didn't mute their mic and it caused some feedback. They were able to fix the issue before anyone had a chance to notice. Very professional. I sought New Box Studio’s headshot services for my ERAS application at short notice, and I was impressed by their promptness, efficient coordination, and quick turnaround. Ines was a joy to communicate with, and the entire process was seamless and transparent. Their studio location in Boston was a very convenient commute on the Green line to Cleveland Circle. The photographer, Jeremy, and his assistant, Daniel, were ready for the appointment and efficient about the entire process. They even offered their insight on poses and backgrounds based on the requirements I shared with them. They were very accommodating of my concerns and went the extra mile to ensure I walked out of the appointment confident I had the headshots I needed. I needed a headshot of myself for school applications, and think this was my first time getting it done at a professional studio. Ines was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions I had. Jeremy was my assigned photographer, and his assistant Daniel were both so very kind. I felt comfortable the whole time. My session lasted for just half an hour on a Saturday morning and the pictures looked amazing. Lighting was also beautiful. Working with New Box Studio was very easy, we scheduled two corporate photography appointments, an external night shoot of our signage on our building which turned out beautiful. A second shoot in office which turned out equally as well! Jeremy, the photographer was very efficient while still able to take excellent photos of our space! Would definitely use them again if we need any other local work.
