A great website can be interactive, providing and receiving information from users regardless if they are customers, potential customers or employees. A company website should provide detailed, accurate and up to date information that allows users to trust it as a source instead of calling your phone. A great website managed properly can work for you and save you money long term.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We always need to know what the client feels the purpose of the web site will be. Then we expand by discussing the different options that are available to achieve their objectives and goals for the site. We need to discuss the budget for the project and sometimes we break up the project into logical sections that allow the company to know what the final objective is but progress in sections to completion as the budget allows. Communication is the key to getting the most out of your web developer. If we know your long term plans now, we can point you to better decisions today that will get you to your goal.
What do you love most about your job?
Satisfaction for a web designer / developer is helping their clients achieve their goals whether they be large or small. Every project is critical for the client and we take the time to try and deliver the optimum solution for their needs. When the job is completed and you know that your clients is better off because of what you did for them, that is job satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having my own business provide the flexibility to schedule my time as I need to and be able to work around family events instead of needing to miss family events.
