Neil and his team built a much needed bedroom in our home from the ceiling space in our two story dining and adjacent foyer space as well as some attic space for a walk in closet. From the initial structural engineer recommendation, demolition, all permitting, floor joists, framing, electrical, HVAC duct work, insulation, dry wall, trim, painting and all new laminate flooring in our entire upstairs. Neil and his team did a beautiful job on our home!! They were quick and efficient and worked around our family needs. We had glue down engineered hardwood removed and LVP installed in 2 floors including a bathroom. Then they stained our stairs to match and repaired drywall from water damage. They arrived on time, were polite and cleaned up after themselves the entire time! After many quotes, Neil undercut everyone by a considerable amount; he was the easiest to work with and honest!
