What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about what I do is knowing I am making an impactful difference in the lives of others. Most people have been taught to maintain secrecy. I on the other hand believe that transparency is the antidote to pain. Show me a human being that has transformed their life without sorting through their challenges. It is pretty difficult.
The challenges of life is exactly what prepared me for coaching others. I had to look them in the eye and “become willing to let them die.” My experience provided preparation and passion for my purpose with people. There is a difference between listening and being relatable in a way that people can feel. Coaching is much more effective for the client when they feel the coaches passion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my previous career and in my personal life, I was the person others called upon for support, advice and inspiration. It forced me to realize that there was something inside me that others found valuable. I decided to utilize my natural born gift of motivating others to be a blessing for me as well. I Love helping people so why not make it my profession. It brings me joy and gives me freedom.

Choose me because your heart tells you to. I am not just any coach. I am a coach that will keep it real with you. My coaching style is one that encompasses passion and compassion. My job is not to sugar coat things. It is to be effective and result in a positive outcome.

Most of my coaching is done virtually. I use Zoom, Webex and Google Duo.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I enjoyed ono on ones in my office but, now Virtual meetings allow me to reach more people more safely. I think clients feel safer this way as well.
