What do you love most about your job?
I am a career educator and educational leader. I have taught all ages and have found that people who are neurodiverse and full of talent don't get the support they need in adulthood to reach their potential and live a very satisfying life. My Life Tutors makes that happen for our clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My son is neurodiverse, and after a terrible first try, he is returning to school almost ten years later to get his bachelor's degree. I went looking for someone who could provide him with the scaffolding he needed to do a bunch of things including get a new job, move, apply to school, and then stay in school. I couldn't find anyone in business doing that with the daily intensive support to keep him on track. So I trained someone, and it worked. His life turned around. So I got another client and then another client. Once it worked 3 times, I decided to turn it into something sustainable and available to anyone who needed it.
Why should our clients choose you?
We provide support for neurodiverse adults to successfully achieve higher educational and occupational attainment. Our Life Tutors use daily micro-coaching and weekly pivot meetings to move clients forward toward achieving their goals.

Our services are only available remotely. We use an app for all communication, resource development, and goal setting
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our services are 100% Virtual through an app. We were founded during the pandemic and so could only provide services virtually any way.

We help college students succeed by putting them in the driver’s seat to be accountable for learning and goal attainment. We help college students transition and matriculate successfully by helping to build scaffolds for operationalizing their daily lives.
