We had the great pleasure of working with Sergio and Julie this Summer during our home update. Our spare bedroom had function as an office and bedroom which was very crowded - but not anymore. We were looking to maximize space -- leveraging a spare bedroom that also needed to serve as an office. We met the team at Murphy Wallbed and we knew immediately that we had found our solution. They took the time to talk to us about the construction of the unit, describe the process of finishing the wood, and detailed the installation process. Their craftmanship is excellent. The bed was delivered on time, installed with little to no fuss, and provides exactly the solution we wanted. It looks amazing on the wall and really opens up our office. At the end of the end of the day when we pull it down to provide a sleeping area for guests, we could not be prouder of how it completes the room. We absolutely love our wall bed! You cannot even tell it is a bed it looks like a built in cabinet! We had it custom made for our kids playroom and they added chalk board and a dry erase board to the front panel and it looks amazing! ! We recently moved from an almost 3000 sq ft home in Nebraska to half the square footage on a 10 acre farmhouse in Piedmont, OK. Although downsizing wasn't a big issue for us, finding sleeping arrangements for overnight guests and family was a problem. We ran across SERGIO and his Murphy Wallbed Team at the OKC Home and Garden Show and all we can say is WOW!!! The service we received from the initial sales contact all the way to them walking out the door after installing our Murphy Bed was FIRST CLASS! There was no pressure to buy from the sales associates (the product sells itself!) and they were so courteous and took so much time with us even after they made the sale! We purchased one of the floor models and Sergio, the owner was insistent on bringing it back to his store in Tulsa to fix any scratches and issues there might have been with it being on display. On installation day it was Sergio himself (owner!) and another gentleman who came to install. They were AMAZING!!! You can tell that all the employees are proud of their company and their product! My wife and I had given some thought recently about buying a Murphy wallbed for our guest room, but we really didn't know where to start. We both had a day off in mid-July and got the idea to stop in at the Murphy Wallbed USA showroom to see what was available. The owners were happy to talk with us, show all of the details of their products, and answer all of the questions that we had (we had a lot!). We were so impressed by the customer service that we received and the quality of the craftsmanship that we ordered our wallbed on the spot. The bed we ordered was built with the Utica Collection style in oak. It was also stained to match my childhood oak furniture set. It was delivered to us last week, but we chose to assemble and install it ourselves. The assembly was easy for us, although we had to take that heavy oak front panel off and back on a couple of times to get the spring tension correct. I had been looking for a Murphy bed for over 5 years, but could not find one of quality. Finally a google search turned up Murphy Wallbed USA of Tulsa and had a 5 Star rating. So I drove over to take a look see. I ordered my custom Murphy bed that very day. I am so pleased that I designed it for my home, and that Sergio and his team carefully constructed it, transported it to my address, and professionally installed it right where I wanted it. We loved working with Aleks, Julie and the team at Murphy Wallbed. Aleks was very patient with me sending him different measurements and redrawing plans. We are not local to Tulsa so there was an added challenge. The single wall bed and attached desk/shelving are wonderful for my 11 y.o. We are so happy with our decision to go with Murphy Wallbed. We now have two rooms in one! They helped us thoughtfully plan out our "bed office". We requested the bed and display shelves be installed in time for our grandchildren to visit at Christmas, and they delivered. Just got the desk and shelving installed, and we are "over the moon". Special shelf to discreetly hold our router, modem, and lighting system hub is great, as is the one to hold a shredder and subwoofer, not to mention all the other shelving. We engaged the Tulsa outlet for Murphy Wallbed to install a queen size bed in our spare room for guests.
The owners treated us with great respect and close attention at every step in the process of designing, constructing, and installing our wallbed. They made specific suggestions for the design, including adding side units with glass shelving, LED remote control lighting, pull-out table with storage below.
As they began construction of the unit they checked with us regarding details such as type handle for pull-down and design of exterior surface.
Once installed, they came back to assure that it was "perfect." They found the balance was off, due to pictures that were added to the bottom of the bed surface, and they plan to return and re-balance.
We recommend them highly.

We found this company at the Oklahoma City Home & Garden Show and fell in love with the Murphy Bed. I had been to a friend's house at the lake and he husband made two of them. I thought it was so cool so when I saw this company and how easy it was to do business with them I was so excited. We ended up adding to our order the side cabinets and the LED Lights. Everyone that has been to our home just thinks the world of it. My grandson that spend the night a few weeks ago really liked it!

Excellent product, expertly crafted, solid high quality, the finish could not be better. The wallbed is absolutely the greatest thing we have done. In addition they spent quite a bit of time on additional custom work. We purchased the bed online and Muprhy Wallbed was there to answer all our questions.
They had a setback in delivery due to a fire, but got it to us earlier than they said they would after the readjusted time frame due to the fire.
They even had a small mistake where they created a queen for us and were going to send it to us at the full size price. I would have loved to have taken them up on the offer except that we had no room.
So they recreated the full size for us and got it here, still earlier than anticipated.

The instructions were clear and concise and we were able to follow them and the video for putting it together.

Fair warning, it was not a weekend project. My husband and I took 2-weekends to put it together. but it is solid construction. We did purchase different wall brackets because the ones that came with the bed just didn't fit our stud configuration, but we had no problem incorporating them. I've included a photos.

It takes two strong people to put it together but once it's built, a chiId can open and close it with one hand. It's not hard to use at all.

We did not purchase ours with the built in lights, but due to the fire delay, Murphy Wallbed included them for free. I was very happy with that decision and they have really come in handy.
