We've used Mrs. Clean twice now and could not be happier. After a remodel we called Jim at Mrs. Clean and he squeezed us in on short notice since we were having people over. Amanda came with her team. She knew what cleaning products to use on all our new surfaces, including hardwood floors. After they were done, the house shined.They text you when they are on the way and text when they are finished.On the last cleaning we just gave them the combination to the front door and it was done while we were gone. I have had two wonderful crew members come and clean biweekly for several months now and we could not be happier. They did a deep clean the first week and after we discussed what we're looking for with each regular cleaning, the service has been amazing and consistent. Its a very fast pased job and it has great management, the hours are not consistent though.My duties at mrs.clean were to deep clean a variety of homes and rentals, i also had to take on the responsibility of cross checking my coworkers before we left and i was the one responsible for anything that didn't get done. I was also the main one that was sent to residents that were getting their home cleaned for the first time, so they were highly satisfied and happy with my work. I also made sure all of my clients were happy and comfortable with me being there so I made sure to make conversation while providing excellent customer service while doing my deep clean!
