Services

General pest services cover 40 different pests, including ants, spiders, wasps, fleas & ticks, cockroaches, and mice & rats. We come a total of 5 times in the first year: an initial treatment and 4 quarterly treatments (once each season). Our annual service plan includes free, unlimited warranty services between the regular quarterly visits. Our products are pet and family friendly. All visits begin with an inspection to look for signs of current pest activity and to identify conducive conditions for pests.

Moxie treats for mosquitoes every 21-28 days during March-October and perform the following: inspection, yard preparation, foliage fogging, and treat stagnant water sources.

Moxie uses Sentricon termite solutions to help keep your home termite free. After a termite inspection is performed, Sentricon stations are placed around the home, and any other areas of concern. They are then inspected annually to check for activity, and replace bait as necessary.
