I loved my 1:1 hypnotherapy with Monica to address my overeating. Monica created so much safety and security for the session to happen even though we were online. She got to the root of how I started overeating when I was a little little girl, only being shown love by being fed by my earliest caretakers. We connected the dots on how that has evolved to today and then she took me into a deep place to reprogram my behaviors.
