first of all, you’re never going to have an effective practice when you’re reception team is absolute garbage. but what can be expected from the owner of the business, ric boyce, who is more concerned with jetting off to london or working on his coffee shop than caring about this practice. he hires under qualified people who are extremely unprofessional. there’s no structure in counseling services, no goal making or task oriented work. especially do not use this service through telehealth, ric shows his true colors as an out of touch, uninterested holier-than-thou type. starting a new actually productive counselor has helped me to realize that my time and money was wasted. don’t waste yours. With three medication providers seeing both adults and children we are able to help individuals who are in need of support in this area
