I've been involved in the Healing Arts for about 40 years: Hatha Yoga instructor, Polarity Therapy,
Neuro-Linguistic Programing: Spiritual, Life, and Relationship Coaching.

I love assisting people in getting fit in all ways! I 've developed tools and techniques that are wonderful and even more importantly, I'm able to listen and be present with you. Much of the healing that happens in a therapeutic relationship is based on the ability to act and react to what is presented.
