After purchasing our new home, we wanted to prepare it for moving in with our family. We had an inspection report outlining a few issues that needed fixing, as well as some modifications we wished to make. Upon meeting Yuvi for the first time, we found him to be highly knowledgeable. He guided us through the essential tasks, helping us understand the costs involved. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a limited budget, and Yuvi was instrumental in helping me manage it effectively.None of the other contractors mentioned that we should replace the insulation (we later discovered we had none!), rewire the entire house, and replace the HVAC system. We recently had a kitchen renovation completed by Scott and his team and we are so happy to have worked with him. We wanted to reconfigure the layout to improve the flow and storage space. This is the first project we have hired professionals to complete so we spoke with many companies. from the initial contact, we were impressed by Scott's communication and professionalism, which ultimately became the reason we chose Masterful instead of other companies. During the project, his team was professional and efficiently completed the different aspects of the renovation. We live in a condo and Scott was very considerate of how the remodeling may affect our neighbours by sharing his contact info, and lined the hallways with plastic as to not dirty the carpets, something we havent seen many companies do when other units were renovated. Few days ago Masterful crew completed our backyard project. We bought a fully renovated house with outdated front and back yard. We love to host friends & family so it's very important to us to have a nice backyard. From our first meeting, to the final walk through, the professionalism and attention to detail is what we loved about masterful construction. The organization of all the trades and timelines that were given to us for there completion was so helpful in our planning. We had a few last minute changes and they accommodated them immediately. Not having a waste bin on the driveway was so nice and they removed waste regularly from the renovation. I was referred to yuvi from my sister in law after he remodeled her house in late 2020. My husband and I wanted to move back to our house after it was rented out in 5 years.
