A gem if you're at all interested in cars and auto paraphernalia. They have a bit of everything from antique toy car models, gas pumps, mechanic tools, a working carousel, and of course cars. Antique cars, race cars, vintage cars, and some modern day cars. It's all well maintained, polished and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They run on donation so there's no charge to enter, but if you can donate $10 per person it helps them keep the place running. In my opinion it's worth it. For time consideration, you might spend an hour looking at everything, two hours or more if cars are a passion and you want to read all the information and inspect them all. It's a good way to spend a morning or afternoon. Small children might get bored as in any museum, but kids who like cars will like it. It has some funny exhibits, carousel, and a driving video game, plus plenty of cars with custom paint that's very eye catching for all ages. If it were a board game I would recommend ages 5 to 105. This place is setup well. You can walk between cars and see inside and under the hood quite well. A wonderful automotive experience! And cheap to get in. 10 bucks at the door and all my questions answered with pleasant knowledge. And yes there is a Shelby cobra hanging out there. More...

Fantastic museum of automotive Americana. There are cars from early 1900 through modern day performance cars. All cars are in fantastic condition and beautiful to look at. Apparently all are also fully drivable and actually do get driven. A must see place for any car guy. More...

I definitely recommend checking this awesome auto museum if you are in town. They have a nice collection of cars. I brought my wife and father n law to and we had a great time. It's a great place to bring the family from young to older. I thing I strongly suggest is to watch your children and have respect for the beautiful cars that are in the show room. There were a few kids screaming and running in the museum. More...

Great little local museum located right off I-17. Features an eclectic collection of American cars through the ages. Museum takes about an hour to walk through, which is perfect if you're visiting with someone who has a short attention span. Admission cost is $10/person as a donation to the museum. More...

Love love love classic cars. This one did not disappoint. There is a "suggested donation" of $10 to go in. But honestly it was worth it. You can spend an hour or more even if you aren't a car enthusiast just looking. The Shelby was a stand out for me. Signed by Carroll Shelby at auction. Beautiful car to see in person. The Corvette collection was extensive. Jeff Gordon's #24 and a limo once owned by Royalty. Probably a couple cars a few of us had in high school we couldn't wait to trade in for something "new and better". Historical cars like the 1886 Benz Patent-Motorwagen considered to be the world's 1st car. Woody wagons, classic Mustangs and even a few old tractors. Take the time to read the info on the cars. They are a great way to learn history in a fun way. The cars were pristine and a few the staff will let you sit in. They have meeting spaces for car clubs or car lovers. Hey how about a birthday party for your car loving uncle!? Ok. And if you check their website they also offer educational lesson plans for school kids of all ages. You can "adopt a car" and get your name or business name on a plaque showing you are helping to keep the cars in perfect condition. It's a privately owned museum and in such great condition. A bit off the beaten path but well worth the couple hours you'll spend. More...

Great place! A $10 donation is required when browsing through the museum. But it will well be worth it because of the great classic cars here. There are about four rooms with a bunch of classic Corvettes, Model T's, Mustangs and many more that I never even heard of. The place has a feel for the 1950s because it had many different references and figurines from that year. Also blues music in the background. They have lines of different vehicles that showed what year and model they were. The oldest one I found interesting was the Mercedes like vehicle that looked like a horse buggy. Apparently it was the first car used by Mercedes to get people from place to place. The most recent car I believe was from 2004.The coolest car they had at this place was the Baby Ruth car that was driven by Jeff Gordon from a NASCAR race. It had everything taken out of it to make it lighter and it's even signed by the legend himself. So many old classics like old Mercury's, woody wagons, and a lot more that the car companies have long since stopped making. So go on down and see all these neat vehicles. You'll be impressed!
