I love to help others live happier lives and feel better about themselves or their situations.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being a mom of 3 little ones encouraged me to do it. It provides more flexibility for me.

Yes, sessions can be done by video link, FaceTime or over the phone. Local clients can be seen in person as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Most of my work is done remotely. For clients who are local masks can be worn for in person sessions and the office is disinfected daily.

I believe it is important to create a safe, open environment where I can work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your goals. I have extensive experience working with preteens, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I will help teach you to identify patterns in your thoughts and how they may be impacting your behaviors/emotions and to make adjustments that will positively impact your life.
Insurances accepted are BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, UNITED HEALTHCARE, UPMC and CIGNA. We cannot accept Medicare, Medicaid or any Community & State Plans.
