We recently had a deep clean for the first time and I was so impressed! They came right on time (to the minute), followed all instructions (our house isn't easy to find) and didn't need to call for help, AND did a fabulous job on the deep clean. The person cleaning the house was very nice and thorough she did not have enough time to complete the service. Make sure you have this clear with office personnel regarding what you want done and how long it will take as they make the schedule.

We already had a day and an hour, then they called me the same day of the service to reschedule, for me this was a bit difficult so I said I would call later to reschedule, they called me if they could that day but the time was different, the Cleaning people did not bring vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies, they did not clean the dust from some parts and an area, then they called me and said that the price they had charged was not correct and that I had to pay a little more.

Update to my earlier review.
Last week after putting my review, I got a call from Owner of the company and he mentioned that he would like to rectify this issue.
On his own, he offered to provide an onetime free cleaning. As promised, today RIGHT on time @10 AM, the cleaning lady from Maid Cleans arrived at my place. The cleaning lady spent 4 hours cleaning 2 Bath and 2 Bedroom. She did the moping, interior window cleaning, kitchen cabinet exterior, put washed linen etc as included in my request.
Based on today's punctuality and quality work, I feel this company really works hard to keep its promise. Definitely worth giving it a try.

Horrible service. Stay away from these scam service provider.
I had a booking with them for today @10 AM. 15 Minutes past 10.
30 AM, upon enquiry, I am told the cleaner couldn't reach my house and rescheduled to 1.30 PM. And, at 1.30 PM, the customer service lady calls me and inform the cleaning lady is not available for my house cleaning today. I can understand a service provider might miss one appointment for unforeseen reason, but how can someone miss two appointments still expects me to rely on their service.
