I chose M cleaning service for a last minute cleaning because I unexpectedly was having guests over and my regular cleaning people were unavailable. The lady that came was super nice, but forgot to dust the family room. I asked her if she would be able to and she said she would but only dusted my entry table, not the coffee table, TV stand, TV, lamps, mantle, shutters or any other parts of the family room. Her vacuum also didn’t work well and there were still dirt particles left all over the floor. I had to re-vacuum my whole house. She missed a few other areas, but did an ok job. M cleaning service reached out to see how the cleaning went. I was honest and they unapologetic had excuses for every issue I had. Terrible customer service. I asked for $40 off since I had to dust my family room and re-vacuum my whole house and they refused. They only offered a re-clean. Will never use them again. More...
