I am from out of town and my stay was unexpectedly very extended, I had tape in extensions in that I put off as long as I could but they needed love, so so much love. I made an appointment with Amy C. who was highly recommended by my mother, and I have to say that she was just phenomenal on every possible level. My hair looks amazing, I feel so refreshed after seeing her, and she was probably one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I was in desperate need of a haircut and Luxe Salon was close by and I had never been there before. I did not make an appointment. I had about a 30 min wait on a Friday which I did not mind since the receptionist told me how long the wait would be and it was 30 min right on the dot. They offered beverages like sodas, coffee, and water. My stylist, Cynthia, was very knowledgeable. I told her my issues with my hair: maintenance, volumizing products, hair sprays, brands. She used some of those on my hair as well. She educated me on different blow drying techniques and how to use the products that I asked about. Cynthia was accommodating to my hair care needs and was a great conversationalist. They had promotions going for their products at the time too! I will be going back...in about 12 weeks for a trim! I visited Luxe Salon in search of a spray tan booth for my bachelorette party. I called ahead and spoke to the most wonderful woman who not only let me know that they had the booth, but let me make an appointment, asked if I had ever used and gave me the basic instructions so I would be prepared. I have never spoken to such a kind and helpful woman when asking for assistance on the bed. When we visited, we were greeted with similar kindness and helpfulness, which was absolutely wonderful. Cynthia is amazing and the salon is so beautiful! You feel relaxed the moment you walk in! Cynthia did an overall touch up with highlights. She really listened to what I wanted and made some recommendations on what would work from then on. You can tell she is a pro and that she has been doing this for a while! I was in town for a wedding and decided to try this place out for a blow dry and style. I was pleasantly surprised by it! I had Sara, as my stylist and she did a wonderful job on my hair . She was quick but, productive. I have long hair and she was able to accommodate the style I was asking for. The price is outstanding. I would recommend! Beautiful salon.  My daughter had a cut, color correction and style with Sarah.  She listened to what we wanted, asked questions and asked for a picture to ensure she understood and we were all clear on expectations of the service.  The result is gorgeous.  My daughter's damaged and brassy hair is now beautiful; smooth, added dimension and a great cut.  Overall great experience. My favorite nail lady Allison moved to Luxe Salon about a year ago and I followed her here. I've never been happier with my nails and I've got Allison to thank! She is very talented and always takes care of me. I've never received any services outside of manis and pedis, although I'm considering getting a facial sometime soon. Allison works wonders and continually impresses me with the quality of her work. She is thorough and somewhat of a perfectionist, ensuring I always leave with a great mani. I prefer gel manicures in solid colors, although sometimes I will go "wild" and add glitter or foil designs. Allison doesn't really do hand-painted art like flowers, which I think is a plus because most often these designs are tacky. She sticks to classier simple designs.The salon itself is super posh and upscale. It exceeds the overall feel of San Tan mall, which is saying a lot because the mall is quite nice. The lobby has a relaxing waterfall feature. Complementary water, soda and coffee for all patrons. Sometimes there are cookies or candies in the lobby. I don't know about other services, but the front desk always calls to confirm my nail appointments a day or two in advance. I really appreciate that!The nail room is separated from the hair stations. There are three manicure stations and three pedicure stations. The pedicure area is a comfy bench with pillows, but sadly does not have any massage features. Jessica is phenomenal!!!!!! I have been doing my own hair for years because my dye jobs would turn out looking like the sunset or my trim would end up being a major hair cut and layers. .. well, they would look like a bowl on my head. I found Jessica through a walk in appointment a couple of months ago and finally found someone that can do hair!! lol I live in Buckeye and drive all the way to her for hair, so obviously she's good. So far, I've asked her for an edgy long layered cut which she rocked and yesterday had her give my bleach blonde hair some low lights, where I wanted to still stay bright but have some dimension and she rocked that too!!
