What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Planning and understanding the client's wants and needs.
Much effort is placed into planning. Preparation allows for better images by helping everyone feel ready and comfortable. Working with clients to understand their goals allows me to focus on what is important and deliver a product they are happy with.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Generally, when approaching a new project I like to have the following information.
What they hope to achieve from the photo shoot. Do they have a specific goal in mind? ( A picture for a specific place in their home or a message they want to spread)
How many people will be photographed and what are their names and ages?
Why did they choose me as a photographer?
Is there a picture they are trying to recreate or using as a reference?
What do you love most about your job?
I love getting to know people and helping them look their best. It makes me proud people trust me to capture some of their most cherished memories.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love photography, working with people, and creating art. Starting my own business meant I get to do that all day every day. It has been great meeting people from all over the world and sharing some of the best experiences with them.
Why should our clients choose you?
My goal is to help them. I spend many hours thinking about how to best capture photos. I have spent years striving to be better each time I pick up my camera and I constantly try and stretch myself to learn new things. This allows me to better help my clients achieve their goals.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I make sure to understand my client's comfort level and ensure I follow protocols my clients set in place. I have been fully vaccinated and everyone in my household has been as well.
