At that time I was very unhappy, I couldn’t find a way to come out from depression, I couldn’t enjoy my life with my kids and husband, I was miserable all the time and I was angry with myself because I didn’t want my family, especially my kids, to see me like this.
Then I met Lorena, our encounter was very casual and immediately I felt a strong connection with her.

What do you love most about your job?
Something special happened to me two years year. I have set out on a new professional path that feels thoroughly right, clear, and obvious – it is the journey I have been traveling on for a long time without me even realizing it. I’d like to share this new path with you.
Here’s how it came about. I discovered a powerful way to help women who are stressed out, be they, busy professionals or mums, transform their bodies and their lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of a career in fashion and event organization, I reached a turning point in my life. Following my desire to help others, my continuous research in holistic practice, and optimal performance, I have realized that it was time to transform my passions into practical knowledge for the real world. Transforming the world into a better place to enjoy life for what it is, has turned out to be my greatest passion and my job.
