WOW!  What an amazing company.  They come when they say they are coming and they are meticulous in their work, but there is more.  They are also kind and polite.  The two gentlemen who came to my home, Tommy and Johnny, made me smile.  Smiling during a pest infestation?  Yep, that's because they put my mind at ease.  They like what they do.It doesn't stop with the onsite exterminators as the office staff is also above par, way above par.  From the receptionist to the appointment schedulers; thank you, Steve and Greg, the entire experience was a pleasant one.   Liberty is my go to exterminator for evermore. I don't write reviews much but I just had to for this company/ sales person James. I had a not so good scenario at my office. We are surrounded by restaurants so I guess you get a bug or rodent every now and then. Every now and then isn't ok with me. So I contacted liberty pest control. Made an appointment and James was on time, listened to my concerns, and gave a through look around. James explained all of my options as well as pricing and information. We had a nice talk about pricing and I was thrilled with the contract that was agreed upon and signed. Ever since then , I'm very happy with the service!! James checks in and makes sure all is going well. I'm very pleased with clearing up my unpleasant situation!
