Lettuce Help went above and beyond to help plant our school garden.

The gift of a living community garden was shared by our Montessori school, and seeing kids watch the Broccoli and tomatoes grow was joyful (learning) for our staff, parents, and kids.

Nicole planned it out, drew it up, and with the help of our school gardener we all installed it one Saturday morning.

The process was a joy. Nicole's drawing coincided with what was happening on the ground.

If you get the chance to start your own garden and grow your own food, do it. Lettuce Help will walk you through it, help you along, you just have to figure out how to water plants, and learn to not overwater.

Thank you Mr. Joe and the Montessori school. It was a magical transformation that we enjoyed thoroughly. The kids were an absolute delight to teach and help with planting. I hope the vegetable garden can flourish for many years to come!

Q&As

I love being an independent gardener and cooperative landscape company because it allows me to use the knowledge that I have acquired to improve people's outdoor sanctuaries. Since leaving tech, I have been able to successfully plant gardens in schools, celebrity homes, balconies, and more. I fully embrace the up-rise of gardening throughout the Greater Los Angeles area and hope to continue to build a strong foundation for growth.

After working in the landscaping and gardening industry for quite some time, I decided that there was plenty of room for me to independently design and install gardens in the Greater Los Angeles area. I have been lucky enough to have a very strong mentor in Viola Gardens for the past 3 years. This experience has helped me understand the industry on an intimate and professional level. I love working outdoors and left the tech world to pursue my passion for plants and growing your own food.

I am very organized and detailed in every aspect of gardening and designing landscape. I can either "help" you install your gardens on a DIY level or I can facilitate a full on installation with licensed gardeners and builders. I offer free consultations, and pay special attention to my clients needs, wishes, and goals for curating special gardens that thrive.

Services

On-site complementary consultation to discuss your goals and wishes for your garden (30-45min)

I will take photos of your existing garden and notes regarding your overall vision.

Once I have assessed your current garden or property, I will connect with my team to formulate an estimate. I may need to send out a specialist, for example, to take measurements or assess your irrigation, prior to delivering an estimate. Once you have approved of the estimate, we will enter a formal contract.
