Great affordable service! Even though I am local, I never noticed this salon until I took decided to take a different route for my walk one day. I made a last minute appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. The receptionist and the young girl who washed my hair were extremely friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Jennifer listened to what I needed and gave me a great cut! I was surprised at the price as well since my previous salon charges much more. The convenience and service has me sold! This is only my second time at this place but I only started going here because they recently hired my favorite hair artist! If you go you gotta ask for Nadia. She is super sweet and will let you live your best life without damaging your hair with a bunch of chemicals like any other person would looking to take your money!! She gives you input on what she thinks will work better for you and what styles to do with any type of hair length or color. I personally have very tricky hair it’s ridiculously thick and super long and she has been the only person able to make it bearable throughout the day without needing to style it all the time which is great. I used to go to Nadia before she moved and recently made a visit to her new location (LB Beauty) My hair needed HELP. Nadia did a highlight touch-up, deep condition, and a hair trim, blowout. She did an amazing job and did not have me sitting for hours on end to complete the process. She was very attentive to my hair and the results were exactly what I wanted! I followed my hair dresser to this salon from her previous salon. As soon as I walked in the person at the front desk greeted me by name which was really nice. I was offered something to drink and then began with a scalp massage (nice surprise).From start to finish everything was professional and on point. I've gone to Lori twice and she did an awesome job with my hilights. I asked for a beachy blonde look and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Can't comment on hair cut since she's only done my color. The ONLY negative is I find I spend about an extra hour here compare to other salons I've gone to. It takes about 3 hours just for color, no cut,No blowout. The girl that washed my hair and combed either a mask or toner through my hair caused me SO much pain and was horribly uncomfortable. She was super nice so I didn't say anything. But I feel like if you're doing hair daily you should know ripping a comb through someone's tangled wet hair isn't a good idea. I've been going to this salon since its opening and have been a loyal customer to this group of hair design stylists, specifically Amy, for about 10 years. She is a fantastic hair stylist, extremely warm, personable, and gracious. Coming from the service industry myself, I'm able to recognize solid and consistent customer service and I find it here, every single appointment.My recommendation to go to this salon could not be high enough. If you want to go to a salon where the stylists will listen to you and give you what you want but also provide professional and constructive feedback as to what they believe is best for your hair and what you actually need, then this is the place you need to try. Came into the salon today to get my curly hair cut and blown out straight. Everyone was friendly, the receptionist asked if I wanted any coffee upon arrival and helped with purchasing the hair product after I was done. Jen was my stylist and did a wonderful job. She was friendly, quick and my hair felt great with the deep conditioning treatment she did.--far from my house but close to my work when I'm in the area. And it's a plus they're open on Sundays! Aveda salons in my opinion are just the extra something when you were looking for relaxation or pampering. The staff is lovely and always so gracious. Amy (a stylist) listens when you tell her what you were looking for in a haircut, coloring or when styling. I referred friends and they love it too. After a long day at work, then closing the office I sat in my car and said "dam I need to get my hair done" no particular reason or special weekend plans. . I just needed someone to give my hair some TLC! I went on yelp and find LB Beauty Salon. I didn't think they would take me at 6pm but they did! Lucky for me because I needed it.. I called and the receptionist told me of course come by! From the moment I walked thru those doors I was greeted and instantly felted welcomed. They gave me this delicious tea within minutes. I met my new hairstylist Lori.. she's beautiful with such a kind and loving personality. She gave me a complimentary peppermint oil head massage before washing my hair.. let's just say! It felt like heaven! Thank u! Then I got my hair washed, heaven part 2 lol and back to Lori's chair I went.. she used all aveda products.. my hair smells and feels amazing btw! I even bought one of the products she used on me. My hair came out silky smooth with just the right amount of volume. I love it! I needed my hair blown out very last minute. My usual salons were either closed or booked. Noticed this salon on yelp and thank god they had availability for me to come in 830 this morning when I had an event at 1045. The receptionist was very welcoming and kind. Lori/Laurie ( sorry) did my hair beautifully! First she gave me a peppermint oil scalp massage. I'm not a fan of all the extra stuff when I have somewhere to be, but wow! It was amazing and I loved it. I loved all the Aveda products she used in my hair as well and I'm actually considering buying some. I also desperately needed my eyebrows done and I was going to get them threaded at a nearby spot that I'm not too fond of, but LB also offers waxing and they took care of them for me. My first experience with the Salon on Saturday had an hair appointment with Amy. Well from the beginning I received such a nice reception from Roxanne who was very thoughtful. I showed Amy some pics of how I wanted my new style. I began going to LB Beauty Salon after I read all the rave reviews on the Fair Lawn Moms and Dads website. I was very unhappy with my past hairstylists and decided a change was in order. I went to Lori to style my hair and Beata for my manicure/pedicure. I couldn't be happier. I feel like I was back in New York City where you can get a great hairstyle. I love the wonderful greeting you get from everyone as soon as you walk in their immaculate salon. Lori performs magic on my hair. I knew this was the right place when I got my first haircut, she transformed me. My hair never felt or looked so luxurious. I literally just run my fingers through my hair, and it is styled perfectly. The manicures have been perfect and luxurious also as well as the pedicures. This salon offers every beauty procedure you'll ever need. And the Aveda products are out of this world. (No animal testing done, which is a plus for this animal lover.). This is the most amazing place in the tri-state area for getting a haircut or European facial.Amy is the best hairstylist you can do almost anything I already cut my hair at their place twice and every time I was so happy with the result.
