What inspired you to start your own business?
Our inspiration was a combination of a passion for entrepreneurship and a desire to work directly with small business leaders and professionals on their journey to success. We saw that small business leaders struggled to align their people-strategy with their business objectives. We also saw that professionals are often left clueless when their job search doesn't work because recruiters and hiring managers rarely provide meaningful feedback.

Yes. We provide service online/remotely via video meetings and communicate with our clients via phone, email or text based on what is most convenient for them. We meet in-person with clients in the Indianapolis area if they so desire.
