The young Lady came in took her shoes off, & that’s what we do, so I was very impressed with that, excellent cleaning, she never stopped for 4 hours. Very pleased!

After seeing the nice reviews given, and getting a fast response from Lana with my cleaning service request, I decided to select her for service. Unfortunately, should could not follow through on all of my cleaning request, as she states, it was a lot for her to handle, but expected more money for the mediocre work that was done. My main request, refrigerator/freezer cleaning and organizing closets, did not get done and dirty dishes were left on counter top. There were trash underneath the living room couches and underneath the bed. She gave the impression that she can only fulfill service for pre-cleaned homes and offices. I have a small, 2bd 1 bath home with my toddler. I work with many house cleaners on Bark, who were able to successfully clean my entire home for the same amount of time , same quote, and no complaints. Thanks for your review ma’am. I truly gave you lower estimate as was expecting an average house, but not what a faced… You also forgot to mention that I spent 9 hours!!! Cleaning your small but extremely dirty house, where boxes, dirt, clothes, shoes, toys were mixed all around the house. Every wall, door, chairs, all the tables, countertops, cabinets, floors and even nightstand were covered with firm pieces of ketchup, yogurt, jam. You wanted me to go through all of the boxes, bottles in the bathroom which I did. I washed all the walls and it took a lot of time. I took care of the oven spent 2 bottles of sprays. Refrigerator was full and I told you once stepped into the house that it had to be empty to clean it. I wasn’t told I’d have to organize all the items in your refrigerator, throw wherever is expired and clean refrigerator. I called you right after got there (though not clear why you even didn’t give me a tour in your house, though you were there and immediately left). So that what I didn’t ask to pay for. Closets to be organized must have some kind of access to get in, but when doors of closet can’t be opened due to dump it has inside and few meters next to the closet - mix of clothes, all seasoned shoes yours and your kids, keyboards, paintings, car details, dirt, empty recycling covers from food… you even didn’t provide hangers… whatever I found on the floor, under couches were used to put your clothes in order in the left part of the closet. Shoes were all put in order on the rack. Dishes are not supposed to be cleaned, but put into dishwasher or be organized next to the sink, which I did. Those dishes weren’t taken care of for months for sure. No one pays for no result. And when you say you paid more out of kindness, please don’t lie. I will be happy to provide any potential or current client with the pictures and video of your house when I got there. So people will see what it was like…
