I love to work with clients who want to move forward and create their best life. When I'm coaching, I'm passionate about empowering and motivating clients to reconnect with their authentic self, find answers from within, and achieve transformation by leading with their own personal guiding values. To me, the most important thing is to recognize that we have control over our own thoughts. We can’t control the circumstances around us or other people’s thoughts and actions but we can control how we think about those things.

Together we examine the circumstances of your life that are causing you discomfort, and then we delve into the thoughts and feelings that underlie the concerns you have come to coaching to address. I want to help you lead a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling and that is characterized by what you personally feel defines success in your life.

I've been in the coaching industry for 10+ years. When I began my coaching journey, I worked with leadership teams in long-term care. It was a natural progression after working as a Physical Therapist in aged care for over 17 years. I then transitioned to creating and coaching a student success coaching program at a local university. From there, I joined a start-up as a contract Mental Health Coach and continue to work a remote, flex, part-time schedule.

In my Mental Health Coach role I work with clients who fall under 2 primary areas; 1) stress and 2) relationships. These 2 areas are large umbrellas for other areas of focus that include (personal and professional) stress, anxiety, feeling stuck, decision making, motivation, procrastination, grief, etc AND improving relationships both personally and professionally with effective communication being a significant client need.

Outside of my Mental Health Coaching role, I am also a mindset coach and work with women on mindset transformation and moving forward. In my personal business, I work with woman who are looking to move forward and create a life they're excited to live.

My approach at this time is through 1:1 coaching and I find that the most productive and effective coaching programs begin with determining if we're a good fit. So, we always start with 1 session. Then we determine, based on your goals and our fit, which session plan will work best for you. I have a few different plans at this time: 1x/wk for 4 weeks (usually clients have specific, short-term goals); 1x/wk for 3 months; 1x/wk for 3 months + 2x/month for 3 months.
